nice tour but "free drinks" is a scam. They had 2 bottles of white wine. Beer-terrible. I would have gone with the cheaper option had I known.

Very pleasant and relaxing way to while away the afternoon. But beware, web page paints a much nicer boat experience than it delivers. Boat was an open pontoon, not "air conditioned with new interior." No snacks, no prosecco, no wine, only cheap beer. We based our decision on the amenities so we feel it wad overpriced.

From begging to end the service was amazing. Our captain and Sam the narrator and bartender provided a lot of interesting information about the Fort Lauderdale area. If you are looking for something to enjoy on the water, this 90 minute tour is a fantastic time on the water. I read a majority of the reviews before booking this tour and I honestly don’t have any idea why there would be negativity, my friends and I did not experience anything but first class service. Don’t hesitate book this tour you enjoy the time.

Overall, the trip is worth recommending, the only minus for me was the guide who talked about everything without getting involved, everything else was a plus

Our family took 2 people who are in wheelchairs with us. On the website (following TripAdvisor link) it states that wheelchairs are accommodated on the first deck of the boat. While there was plenty of room to wheel, there was NO PROVISION for the nearly 2 foot step down onto the boat. It wasn’t until after I had said this to the assistant that a set of stairs were put out. Fortunately, our people were able to make the steps with help. The deckhand explained that they were trying to get the accommodation removed from the website but it hadn’t been done so far.

The operator of this trip did not show up. When called he tried to say we had the wrong date. Then he was told many other people were waiting also. He then said the boat was in dry dock. He would conduct the tour the following day. We already had booked another trip for that day. Operator is very unprofessional in trying to blame the customer when he was clearly at fault. And then he gave a second excuse. I would like my money returned. We had booking for two people. Thank you.
