Our transfer was right on time at the place we requested to be picked up. I had a few questions and the tour operator responded promptly. Easy to book, absolutely no complaints.

This was an amazing way to end our wonderful trip in Venice. It is hard to believe that a transfer to the airport could be so enjoyable and beautiful. Well worth the extra expense for the door-to-door service!

If anything had gone wrong in getting to the airport in Venice, it would’ve affected three flights and ruined our trip. A representative was there right on time, took care of all of our baggage, got us to a wheelchair, took us through the airport, it was such a great experience that we have been very nervous about worth every penny! Made the whole experience completely stress-free

Our first guide met us in our hotel lobby at the specified time (which was 3 hours before our flight). We took a private water taxi that was right outside our hotel entrance to the airport (about 30 minutes) and upon arrival there was another guide who met us at the dock and took us to the airport and showed us exactly where to check our bags, go through security, etc. Thankfully there wasn't a long line at any of the check points and we made it through everything with plenty of time to spare before our flight. It definitely took the stress out of having to navigate everything ourselves since the guide walked us directly to where we needed to be prior to the security check point. I would definitely recommend for anyone departing from Marco Polo Airport the first time.

We decided to select a guided tour from Viator instead of just using the private water taxi as we were under the impression it would be tied to a somewhat quick commented tour as we were heading to the airport. All we had was someone that picked us up at the front desk of the hotel to walk us to the taxi terminal and then, it was a standard ride. Everything was fine, and although the lady was nice and schedule wise, all was good, to our opinion, it is too expensive for what we got.
