Water taxi over bus , if your going to Venice ,
Don’t cheap out for a bus ! Shared water taxi drops right @ hotel!
Way easier for the 25 euro’s more it cost

Tour operator didn't tell is there was a regatta on this day when we booked, so we paid extra for a tour of the Grand Canal we didn't get, spent less than 2 minutes in a boat and were dropped about a 20 minute walk (which seems like hours in Venice when you have suitcases and your pregnant! ) from our hotel, so another service we were not told they couldn't fulfill...but of course, they took the money! Awful service and after service response...cowboys! Avoid

Smooth transfer. Picked up right after exiting customs and driven to Piazza Roma, where they helped load luggage onto a water taxi and took us to our hotel. Could not have been any faster.

Excellent! Driver waiting with our name. Even with flight delay. Wonder water taxi transfer. We were all very happy to have the private transfer our first day after traveling for 17 hours.

I purchased a package for transfers for my wife and I from the airport in Venice to our hotel. It was a combination of ground transportation and a private water taxi. It was not cheap (about$250) but I thought it would be worth it to avoid the hassle when we arrived. We arrived and the

driver picked us up and drove us to the plaza where all the water taxis are and basically told us to get out and pointed toward the water and said there are all the water taxis. When I said I’ve already paid for one where is it? He acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about and said I just get you to this point. So I called Viator and told them what happened and they said the driver was supposed to take us directly to our water taxi that we had already paid for. I told them he didn’t and just left us there to fend for ourselves. That said let me put you on hold and look into this. After waiting 30 minutes on hold we finally paid for our own water taxi which of course we had already paid for. Needless to say we will not be using them ever again
