Lucia, not sure how to spell her name was very accommodating and well knowledges on the history of Venice. Made the transition super easy when we got off the plane. I suggest this route to Venice to anyone. Lovely time.

Everything went perfectly - lady met us in the arrival hall and helped us with all of our questions while escorting us to our water taxi.

We paid to be meet at the airport. Instructions were used & after waiting 35 minutes with no communication, We had to take another taxis.

Great experience, guide was waiting for us once we claimed our luggage. He walked us to the water taxi. The water taxi took us to the closest point. Then our guide walked us to the hotel. Very easy, very smooth. It was our first time to Venice so we had no idea where to go.
We would book this again if we come back.

What a perfect way to start your time in Venice. We stayed at an Air B and b and our guide called the listing to make sure he dropped us at the closest location. The weather was not perfect, but the experience was.

The boat taxi was a brilliant way to enter Venice, reminiscent of James Bond! The driver was also excellent and very helpful with my 80 year old mother. The boat took us right up to our apartment door.
