The best way to arrive into St Mark's (particularly if you've never been before). We were met in the Arrivals hall by a very friendly young man who escorted us to the boat jetty, discussed our journey/ destination with the captain, loaded our suitcases onto the boat, helped us onboard & waved us arrivederci! Perfect, hassle free & a very stylish arrival into St Mark's square

The private water transport from the airport to out hotel was the perfect way to arrive in Venice after along transatlantic flight! Get the option where the guide meets you outside customs -- worth it!!

This was very expensive and 100% the way to arrive in Venice. They took us very close to our AirBNB and our captain was like a shorter haired modern day Fabio. Would definitely do again.

No organisation at the pick up point at the airport so ended up carrying luggage back and forth before someone helped us
But worse than that is the price charged
Absolute rip off as the private transfer we arranged with our hotel only cost Euro 140!!!
I would like a refund

The service was poor, we were sent on a wild goose chase searching for the operator to find that they were in a different location. It was not a great service as your are then told to wait for others to join! You are better to go straight to the aqua taxi port and get one there ! It’s easier and cheaper !!
