We booked this transfer to the airport from the hotel, but the boat did not come to the hotel, we had to walk to a public transport stop to be picked up, with our suitcases over a bridge. Had I known that, I would have booked a private taxi.

Really easy to find the boat transfer and really helpful staff. We were lucky enough to be dropped off right outside our hotel. What a fantastic start and finish to the holiday

Very good service but the arrival ticket pickup location is in the terminal at booth 71 and it has not been updated yet in the Viator app.

Communication and timing spot on. Taxi boat came to advised pick up point exactly at stated time. We were worried by blogs negative words but everything good.

We had a great experience with the Venice Water Taxi transfer with Viator! The communication with the driver was great, and he arrived to the exact location on time. We would definitely use this service again when we visit Venice!

Meeting point was not extremely clear as there were several other taxi services at the same area. Nobody around at 6:20AM. The airport taxi arrived a few minutes late. Enough to make you panic especially on your way to the airport. After he arrived, it was smooth.
