Easy to find, efficient and got us to the city quickly! Dropped us off close to our hotel. Would recommend when traveling to Venice!

We arrived approximately 10:15 PM, the airport was calm and quiet, only few people at the airport. I asked an older man working in the airport where the operator Bucintoro Viaggi was; he thought they might be closed since it was already late but he still told me how to get there, I found the place and it was the only business opened, everything else was closed, the lady asked me and my girlfriend to sit for minutes, after maybe 10-15 minutes they to took us where the water taxi was waiting, it’s supposed to be a shared ride but only 2 of us were transferred to Venice. We enjoyed the ride about less than 30 minutes. Thank you so much Viator! I will continue to use you as I have before for many years.

Very relaxed start to our trip
It was easy to find Desk 71,
And a nice way to enter Venice as only 10 of us on the boat , so plenty of room .our stop was only a short walk from the pier. I recommend this transfer

All went ok once we had found the appropriate desk. The instructions could have been a little more detailed so we could find the desk quicker.
Boat was fine, a tight squeeze and steamy due to weather but got us to the heart of Venice

Looking for something different and found the whole experience a little disappointing. Having paid around £85 for my wife and I it was very disorganised with no clear meeting points. We ended up asking random taxi drivers who we should see. There were other couples doing the same. Once we were on the taxi it was great and gave us a printed map on how to find our hotel so that side was fine. Just the disorganisation to start with

It took a little time to find the counter but not difficult. Very helpful at the counter. A small wait. We had a full boat but was not a problem. Dropped off at wharf nearest to our hoteleasy

We arrived at the airport under the assumption that there would be a boat waiting for us. I say this as when you book this experience they ask for your flight number & what time you arriving to Marco Polo. They also ask for your name so they can locate you and where you would like to be dropped off. We arrived and there was no one in the arrivals sections with signs to let you know where to go. We eventually found the departure area for boats to Venice and there was no one around who recognised the brand ‘viator’ eventually a man appeared who did and told us it would be a 40/50mins wait for the boat. So after all our travelling to arrive at the airport we had to wait another 40mins which is less than favourable when you are jet lagged and hungry. Once they did arrive they had no clue who we were and where we wanted to go despite us providing this information previously via the booking system well in advance. The whole thing felt pointless and disjointed for the price you pay to be taken in ‘luxury style’ to Venice. I would recommend saving your money and getting on the more regular boats which cost you a lot less!!

This is not a one because the driver of the boat was professional and pleasant as was the agent at the counter. We waited 45 minutes in line to get our tickets for the ride and then were told it would be about ten minutes more for the boat to arrive. An hour and five minutes later we were told “ they are very busy”. We watched at least thirty boats pull up to surrounding docks and transport passengers. If there is a system, they have disguised it masterfully. I loved Venice. I hated our arrival. Certainly would suggest a different vendor. I’d write more but “Hey, I’m busy!” Ciao

An inaccessible airport, very quickly soiled by totally indelicate foreign travelers, who seem to have no knowledge of hygiene. Complicated boarding areas and real Parisian service: mediocre, haughty and rude. The drop-off zone is occupied by “exogenous motorists” who respect nothing, and attack you if you make a comment to them.

The booking online was ONLY for 2 persons for one way from Marco Polo Airport to hotel. There was no option for single person travel. I booked it and tried to request that I get return airport travel at end of my visit sincecI paid for two persons? They would not allow it. So this was expensive for one person and only one way.
