My picture is what i got from my reservation through you. I followed all you instructions and they had no reservation for us and did not offer a serenade. You ruined a final night in Venice

Avoid at all costs! I have never said this on any Viator tour I had booked over the past six years. Gondala ride was barely 15 minutes. You share with another couple and one couple does not sit with each other so you have no pictures together. There are at least six gondalas floating together and you can only partiallly hear the singer and
Guitar player when you get near the gondola they are on. My husband and I are very generous tippers but we did not tip on this trip due to poor quality of this tour.

So peaceful, beautiful and relaxing with a little bit of fun. Not only we were attended by a beautiful serenaded but she had an accordian player accompany her. They were friendly, kind and very entertaining. The evening was perfect.

It was not worth it… for three of us I paid $145.00 and had to share the gondola!!! No time for pictures…. You could get a gondola with serenade at any gondola at anytime for $110.00!!!

The weather was drizzling
We booked 2 gondolas with serenade
We received only 1 gondola fir 4 people
It was supposed to last 30 minutes
The ride lasted only 15 minutes
The gondolier was very nice & efficient
The music was entertaining
I think we should be owed a partial refund

Even though the weather was questionable we went on the gondola ride
It was supposed to be 2!people on 2 separate gondolas
We ended up ring 4 people in 1 gondola
The gondolier was efficient & helpful to get on & off the gondola
The serenader was delightful
The ride was only 15 minutes NOT 30 minutes paid for. I do think we deserve some sort of reimbursement for the issues

The gondola ride was quaint but not even the 30 minutes we were promised! EXTREMELY disappointed. 20 minutes from departure to return. The serenade was nice. The BEST part of the tour was cruising past a restaurant that we had dinner at after. Otherwise, we would have never known it was there. Ristorante de Raffealo was incredible. The gondola event was a true disappointment for the money. Find another. Do not use this service. I should ask for a refund!

The experience was amazing. The serenade was not on our gondola, but we heard it from the other gondola, which was nice. They take you through a small canal that there is not much to see, but it's still nice. The gondolier, not so cool, but overall great experience.

There were only three boats and the accordion player and singer were in the middle boat. The sound going down the canals was beautiful! Really enjoyed the evening ride!
