If I could leave a zero I would since the tour never happened. We had a terrible experience with this tour company. Booked through trip advisor. The tour was supposed to be at 9:30 am. We were traveling from Rome to Naples which required an early morning train. We received a message at 12:30 am that the fast boat wouldn’t be available due to weather but would the normal boat be ok. I missed the message but as soon as I saw it I responded on trip advisor and sent a message on WhatsApp. No response. Called WhatsApp at 9 which was the time we were supposed to meet. I spoke with someone who said that they would arrange the normal boat but it doesn’t leave until 10. I said that would be fine and they said they would call me back. 10 comes and goes and no one shows up or calls us back. I called three times and no response. So rude and unprofessional. I understand that weather could cause cancellations/rescheduling but at least pick up the phone or call back. We sat outside for over an hour waiting. Would never use or recommend this company.
