It was a horrible experience, especially the customer service. Despite the grandeur of the Vatican, the tour was marred by unprofessional and unhelpful staff. I expected a seamless and informative experience, but instead, I encountered numerous issues that left me disappointed and frustrated. If you don’t like helping customers ma’am get another job ….

Tour guide walked us through and explained a lot. We saw all expected and it was a wonderful experience. Beautiful and almost too much to see, sensory overload. A bit price but we have zero regrets and would do again

We would have missed a lot without the tour. The guide was very knowledgeable. At times it was hard to hear and understand. There were so many people. It was loud which made it hard to hear, but that was not the guides fault. Skipping all the lines made it worth the money.

An excellent visit to the Vatican.
Started at the meeting point, where we were given simple portable receivers that enabled us to hear the guide very clearly, so didn’t have to worry about standing next to her.
She led us directly to the entrance, and they really are Skip The Line tickets - went past everyone queuing to the checkpoint - don’t forget your ID!
Guide was very knowledgeable. Didn’t rush us, and was happy to take questions. Particularly impressed by the fact that we were given coloured copies of the Sistine Chapel (both the ceiling and the Last Judgement), so she explained what we would see in advance of going in (it is silence in the Chapel itself). Fascinating to hear about some of the details!
Tour ended shortly after the visit to the Chapel, after which we could explore other parts of the museums, the shops and the cafeteria (very decent value).
Lasted about two and a half hours in total; 2 adults and a 13-year-old all really enjoyed it!

The vatican is amazing, but I visited 5 times already. This time the guide was just exceptional. Paolo, a professor in history of arts, just caught us and brought us into it. Not just describing but explaining in a way that makes all of it so clear and memorable. I make a lot of visits all around Europe, this guide is by very far the best I have ever had. Grazie Paolo

Paolos is a very professional guide; small group of 9 people whom he took care of throughout the visits to the Vatican, the Sistine Chapel and the museums; we never tired of listening to it! Grazie molto Paolos

Very informative tour. It was very busy and our tour guide, Francesco, had to make a number of detours so pace went from slow to fast to slow regularly! Loved his enthusiasm and the details provided on the Sistine chapel made the tour engaging and interesting. It was a long time to be on our feet though sometimes in the heat particularly for our teenagers!

Tour guide was very knowledgeable about michel angelo and respectful of the silence in the Sistene chapel, the best way to understand the Vatican museum and all the statues. Made it more interesting

We scheduled the tour for May 27th, in the morning in PORTUGUESE.
Agency got in touch a few days before informing that the guide would no longer be available, proposing it for the same day in the afternoon (at 2:30 pm) so far so good.
So we did. The problem was that no one understood anything the guide was saying (Portuguese Spanish), the tour was completely monotonous and without any dynamism. We spent 1 hour sitting while she showed images of what we would see there, while other groups interacted and smiled. The tour was tiring and I think it was only worth it because we didn't have to wait in line to get in. The guide was a
Nice person but lacking enthusiasm and poor communication.

Elida was a wonderful guide, she had a good pace but also made sure to give us rest and time to take photos at points. She took care of our personal needs and also was concise and made sure to highlight important points during the tour
