Honestly, couldn’t tell you. Booked this after giving cruise information and while we called and texted and emailed the company to change it as the port to rail shuttles were not available and running to try and make it we were not able to. Then we were told that they tried to contact us which they did not. Tried to reschedule and were told we could not, then spoke with other people that had similar experience and they were able to meet up. It is impossible to contact anyone.

The tour were amazing! We see alot of interesting places, we admire culture, we learn alit of things about Michelangelo, his artist vision abou Apocalipse and Old and New Testament.
Also, the garden was incredible!

No memorable experiences as the tour was booked on wrong day with no option to correct the mistake despite being within 24 hours of booking. Exceptions were not considered to apply their profit earned toward another tour on the date needed. VIATOR and Boujour tours customer service lacks empathy and common sense solutions to problem resolution.

I strongly recommend this tour. The tour was well organized. The tour guide spoke fluent English and was well versed in the history and architecture of the Vatican Museum, the Sistine Chapel, and St Peter’s Basilica. She had a sense of humor and answered everyone’s questions. This is a must do tour.

Our memory is that our guide gave us way too much explanation and interpretation before we even started, the crowds were so large it was hard to keep up with our group. There were way too many people and it was impossible to stay with an group, and too much disrespect for the setting.

Tour guide was good, although difficult to understand her accent at times. The Vatican museum was so crowded that we had to just walk past all of the artifacts without stopping to look. Not the guide’s fault but disappointing.
