You need to skip the lines, you need small groups with a historian story telling guides who speaks excellent English. I focus on smart timing so we can not just skip lines but avoid crowds, and I make sure that we are kid friendly too. My tour is extensive we visit in a short period the major points, The Sistine Chapel, Raphael Rooms, The Vatican Museums, now thats a lot.

Our angel tours tour of the Vatican with our tremendously knowledgeable and dedicated guide Valeria was a period of time in our lifetimes we will never ever forget. Her knowledge and devotion to her craft made our tour out of this world.. I cried twice, completely overwhelmed by the experience of what we were witness to and her delivery of the experience made our tour profoundly special and super enjoyable! Valeria is a guide of extraordinary knowledge and passion for the history that the Vatican City is rich with .. and we can’t forget her kindness in leading us to an amazing gelato spot for a delicious treat! Best part of our stay in Roma. Valeria was our guide and she was tremendous - passion and excitement for the Vatican poured out of her. She was helpful, answered our questions, and tailored the tour to our interests. I cannot recommend this tour enough. Skipping the line is a must - unless you want to wait the 3-4 hours to get in without it. Don’t visit Roma without doing this tour!

We had the most wonderful tour with Marina. She was so personable, knowledgeable and informative.
The tour was just long enough to see all the main areas that we wanted to see, but it flew by - even our 3 teens enjoyed it!
I cannot imagine any other tour being better than this one - it was just perfect!

The tour was great! Lara was right on time and the 6 of us traveling together were the entire group. Lara was very knowledgeable about everything we saw and knew just where to take us to maximize our experience. We highly recommend Lara and Angel Tours!

We had an absolute magic tour of the Vatican with our guide Alessandro from Angel Tours. We spent over 3 hours being taken through various parts of the Vatican Museums, The Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica. All the time Alessandro was pointing out various sculptures and paintings etc and telling us the stories behind them, while giving lots of insider bits of information that would be impossible to hear ear without someone like him. He had a huge depth of knowledge about the Vatican and and seems to have spent a great deal of time researching the various aspects. Because guides are not allowed into the Sistine Chapel, he spent time beforehand showing us pictures of what we would see and explaining what the elements of each of those pictures depicted which meant that when we entered the chapel our experience was greatly enhanced. We would definitely recommend booking Alessandro and Angel Tours if you are planning a visit to the Vatican.

We had a Vatican tour booked with Angel Tours on December 3, 2021 but nobody showed up. We showed up to the exact location given in your instructions, but no one ever arrived. We tried to contact them but there was no answer, and we have heard nothing since. Luckily, there was another tour company there and we were able to book something through them last minute. We had a very nice tour with them, although it did cost about 35 Euros more than what we had booked through Angel. I had a friend recommend Angel Tours based upon his experience a few years ago, but I guess things have changed.

had some friends with me when we did our last tour before the virus hit. Our historian was truly fantatsic even kids loved her story telling. We also did the Golf Cart Tour which was another nice day out.

My mother, my girlfriend and I really enjoyed the tour with Angel Tours. The guiders Silvia and Nacho are very friendly and were always looking after everybody in the group to ensure we have a great experience visiting the Vatican.
It was an amazing day!

Our tour guide, Silvia, was amazing and very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed it and had a great experience learning about art and history at the Vatican Museum and St Peter’s Basilica. Also had a wonderful time at the Coliseum tour with Flavio, who shared many stories about Roman times! The service booking both tours was excellent and greatly appreciate the team going above and beyond to meet our needs. The staff is very friendly and accommodating!!
