Unfortunately, the tour guide skipped so many "Must-See" pieces of artwork. It was almost like she was in a rush to be somewhere else. Very disappointed.

What an amazing experience! Our guide, a gentleman whose name I cannot recall, was knowledgeable and friendly. Make sure you cover your shoulders and knees or you will have to buy a scarf from somewhere to wrap up in. My only complaint is that I wish more time was spent seeing things instead of explaining all of the art. Likely just me though; not an art enthusiast- even though Michelangelo was brilliant!

Booked this because advert said St Peters Basilica skip the line included, but when I received booking confirmation it wasnt included. Unlike other tours this had no optuon to cancel. When it came to the actual tour, we were redirectred from the meeting place to another operator and found people booking with them direct paying half the price we had paid. Disgusting. Will never trust Rome Tours and I hope Tripadvisor/Viator will now respond to the complaint i made several days ago.

The Vatican night tour which we booked 1 week before the trip.This tour was recommended and was worth the early start! The group size was just right, not too big, and our guide was incredibly knowledgeable. Wouldn’t hesitate to book with Rome Tour Tickets again.

This is a review of the tour not the Vatican Museums.
It was supposed to have a maximum limit of 24 people Whilst walking to the Vatican I got to 30 and stopped counting and that was excluding the two who bailed out of their own volition at the meeting point. The tour was supposed to start at 7:10. We had yet to see a painting at 8:45.
The guide obviously knew her stuff but she was basically herding sheep.
Also the Friday night idea is sold as an opportunity to see the museum after hours with the implication it will be less crowded.
All I can say is I wouldn’t want to see it more crowded. I am not claustrophobic but the heat and number of people were downright unpleasant at some points.
Not recommended.

When me and my friend Sara decided to spend our holidays in Rome, we did not know we would go on to have such a great experience. Hats of to this tour agent for arranging such a lovely tour of the Vatican, that too at night. Even though we were a bit late to reach the meeting point, the tour providers were very helpful. Our guide Emilia waited for us to join and when we reached there, our mesmerizing journey began. They way Emilia conducted the whole tour is nothing short of extraordinary. She is a tremendous guide and we were lucky to have her.

I and all of my family members absorb in work throughout the months. So, getting spare time is very tough for us. Anyway, we had got a break two days ago and planned to discover ourselves in the Vatican museum. Visiting at night was our only option and luckily we came to know that we can visit at night. To visit the museum at night, I was looking for a good agent. And we were fortunate enough by getting this Rome tour Tickets provider. We did vatican by night tour with my family with 4 kids last friday. Few years ago we did vatican tour with the line its worst experiences now we booked online specially for night tour. We are strongly recommended this small tour company in rome .
