William was very prompt and great communication the day of. Given all of our flight reservations had been messed up and we can in on a different airline at a different time. Would definitely recommend.

Called in the morning to make sure everything was all set with time and drop off spot, terminal F. Everything was fine. Picked up my wife and the whole family on time. The problem is that my wife told the driver at least three times to drop them off at Miami cruise port terminal F. I get a call from her telling me the driver dropped them off at terminal C and left. Our family of 14 had to walk with all their bags and luggage to terminal F. It was a 25 minute walk with their bags, luggage, little kids and one baby in a stroller to terminal F. Not to happy with the service they provided.

Driver was on time and very friendly. Van was very clean and spacious. The driver also gave us helpful information about the area.

No one’s fault really I guess, just not a great experience. There was definitely a language barrier between me and the driver, he was texting me directions on a meeting place, I didn’t understand. I asked every worker I saw in the Miami airport where bus zone 21 was, got a different answer every time. I was trying, our driver was trying, I work with people every day, stuff happens but he wasn’t very friendly when we finally got connected.
