Pickup was on time, Palo was wonderful and spoke great English. Tour was stop at floral clock, stop at sea side (villa Del Mar), and walking streets if Valparaiso to see street murals. Our trip ended at Emiliana vineyards which was beautiful vineyard. The wine were very good and had very wine high ratings. We were able to pick up nice wines inexpensive to take on cruise ship next day.
Lunch was in nice village with restaurant choices (on your own).

Cat was the best guide so knowledgeable and friendly and helped facilitate joining our group back together. The day was amazing and provided so many unique places and vantage points from a true local. The winery was beautiful and even had alpacas! The street art in Valparaiso was just awe inspiring. The driver was also amazing! I can't recommend this tour enough!

Helen was a wonderful and knowledgeable guide! She and Juan Carlos (driver) made us feel very well cared for. I really enjoyed our stops along the way from start to finish. We had a great group too. I'm so glad I chose to do this tour.

the overall tour experience was positive and worthwhile going from Santiago. Valparaiso and surrounding area is beautiful and right on the Pacific Ocean.
Heads up would definitely take a jack or layer when going or at least look at weather forecast prior to getting on the bus. The difference in temp was striking. We were unaware of such differences from Santiago to Valparaiso. A friendly reminder to have would have been very nice. The wine tasting part was so many people with multiple groups made it very flat and not intimate. Could have been done much better.

Our guide knew where to eat. Most memorable part was the slide when one of our group slid down. The driver carried a extra jacket as it was 20 Degree difference Santiago to Valp. my wife made good use of it.

The two cities were very interesting. Valparaiso is so colorful and you could spend days exploring. It was a lot of walking, although the tour guide was smart to start at the top. This tour is not recommended for anyone who can't walk 5000 steps. Also the weather is cool and misty in the morning and you need a sweater. Was beautiful later in the day. Our guide, Catalina, was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Enjoyed the tour!

A great way to see the many fascinating sites of Valparaiso and area. Miguel was a very good host. He was knowledgeable, professional, and worked hard to make it a terrific experience. Louis (our driver) kept us safe and on time in his first rate tour vehicle. The tour was a highlight during our time in Santiago and area.

I read tons of reviews before choosing which tour to book, and I think I chose well. Got a brand new minivan and a great tour guide, Nacho. This tour is more expensive, but well worth it. Everything was as described: quick stop in Vina del Mar, where you get to see the Moai (Easter Island statue). Most of the time is spent in Valparaiso walking around and looking at the murals. We also got to see the fish market and sea lions. Almost 1.5 hours to eat at the restaurant of our choice. Ended the tour with a nice visit and tasting at a winery in Casablanca. Nacho gave us tons of information in the bus and during the tour.
If you don't have the time to travel by yourself and stay in Valparaiso, this is the tour to book.
