It was great, because I also had Emmanuel be the guide of this very pleasant walk, since in addition to enjoying some places in Ushuaia on foot, I was learning history and experiences directly from a native, who better to show his city! He is also a friendly and very well-informed young man, who took us slowly through the tour (and we even learned how to brew mate!). In the end, the tasting was very good, a good way to end the tour.

The local guide was friendly and personable. He was easy to communicate with and very punctual. However, I had expected this to be more of a beer and chocolate tasting focused tour but that wasn’t the case. After the 3 hours of walking, we ended at a brewery and I got 3 small samples of beer and 3 small chocolate pieces. There was no information presented about these and had been expecting the focus of the tour would be learning about all the local beer and chocolate you see all over Ushuaia.

A nice city tour where you can try delicious beer at the end.
Emmanuel grew up here and has lots of exciting stories to tell. He answered all my questions and shared his knowledge with passion.
I booked the tour for my second day here. I can only recommend it because it makes it easier to find your way around the city and you know more about the history of Ushuaia.

Emanuel led me on a walking tour of downtown Ushuaia on my first day and I think it was one of the best introductions. Knowing the history first-hand of a place with a lot of enthusiasm is ideal. Then my walking around the city has allowed me to see it in a more interesting way. In the end we had to reschedule a beer and chocolate tasting, but now I'm doing my Review at Krund. Excellent experience and very kind attention from the entire Kaitek team, I hope many others are encouraged, thank you so much 🙌

THE TOUR GUIDE NEVER SHOWED UP. Kaitek Viajes didn't answer the phone. I tried calling them before I left and then the day before. I asked the concierge to call them in case I was not dialing properly. No luck. Same with Viator. The owner emailed me later in the day apologizing and he did refund the money promptly. But we were only in Ushuaia for 3 days and had no free time available. So we spent the morning trying to sort things out. PS.The excuse the owner said was that he was out of town. Viator, an agency I have used A LOT, is great when things work. But when something doesn't, all you get are polite apologizes. They basically hand off all responsibility to the venders.
