Tour was okay- nothing really secret or unusual. Supposed to take gondola ride at 3:45 - they told us to come back at 6:15. Luckily there was a girl who took us (12) to a different gondola stop and got us on. We backtracked the last third of the tour to get there. Would have been better to end the walking tour there and put us on the gondolas to begin with. The gondola was the best part of the tour. There was a 5 minute VR experience- kind of nice history but packed us into a tight dark space ( hot and smelly - no seats) so glad it was only 5 minutes.

Quite disappointing! First of all, I reserved a tour for four for an ENGLISH speaking tour, not combined languages. 2 hours combined I'm sure meant that we definitely missed out on some things as she was in a hurry to get the people to the gondola ride. Rita has a long way to go to get a high rating I'm sorry to say. The monotone voice that she described everything to us with was far from interesting. Also, the choices of the route was far from enjoyable as she managed to take us through some of the most foul smelling streets of Venice. Impossible to recommend this tour, DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR!

This place is a tour processing plant…no real customer service. I should’ve booked with AirBnB Experiences instead.
I booked a single language tour but was presented with a bilingual tour. I wouldn’t have attended a bilingual tour if I knew ahead of time. It takes twice as long and we don’t cover as much ground/material. I gave them my feedback and all they could say was, “Sorry, there’s nothing we can do.” 🙄

Valentino was knowledge and clearly enjoyed sharing the history and knowledge of Venice.
We absolutely loved this Medieval tour. Approx 3 hours long
We saw things we would not have noted ourselves or understand what they represented.
Highly recommended

We loved the walking tour, good pace, great knowledge and clever humour - thank you so much to Marco. Lots of unusual interest points as well as all the icons. Definitely recommend Venice Tours (they were ALL smiling, helpful and friendly) and Marco (best tour guide in Venice).!
