I haven't been so miserable in many many years. Long long lines. Way over priced. Over crowded. Terrible food. Lack of God food options. I would rather have a root canal than ever go to this place again.

Universal studios had amazing attractions, there were rollercoasters, simulators and shows. There was a thrilling ride, called Revenge of The Mummies, a incredibly funny show called the horror make up show, animal actors which was amazing and more! There were also lots of nice employees, such as Rob! He's a nice, funny guy and suggested loads of amazing rides! Overall Universal was amazing and I recommend to anyone who is willing to try it!

We had a great time! We didn't use fast passes, but rode a few rides and enjoyed all there was to see! Beautiful park! Lots of places to take a break if you need one:)

We felt that the value of this park was the least of all parks. Long Lines (in February) and disappointing rides. Not the thrills we expected for the price. Restaurants pretty good. Staff nice and helpful.

The kids (age 11,8 and 5yo )had a good time. The lines were all short which was amazing.
It was disappointing that Dr. Seuss is now separate from universal. It would have been a much better experience if those rides were available for v the same price
As our Universal tickets.
Also disappointing was the lack of a fireworks or nighttime show .

For those who like simulators, it is the best park in the USA. Island of Adventure has more extreme roller coasters. The ideal is to go to each park for one day.

Easy to redeem the tickets once we got to Universal (literally just went up to our hotel's "Vacation Planning" desk). You will receive printed tickets with your name and other details, valid for the duration of your package.
I only chose to purchase through Trip Advisor rather than direct due to a Rakuten Black Friday promotion to receive 20% cashback. Otherwise, I would have purchased directly from Universal.

We bought a pack of tickets where we could enter two parks and they lasted 5 days, we also bought tickets for Halloween, where we had a great time, although we had to wait in long lines (too long) for the horror houses.
Great attractions, we will repeat without a doubt. I recommend buying packs to save money

This is great if you like simulators and fast rides. I thought the Harry Potter area was incredibly well designed but everything else was meh. Most rides are simulators so meh too. I was expecting a bit more variety after having spent a couple of days at Disney but was truly disappointed. I hopt they add more realistic areas that you can just visit and relax in. We thought the park was actually fairly small.
