Would definitely recommend this tour. We arrived at the pick up spot and saw a Mint Julep tour bus. Wasn’t our tour, but the employees from that one were eager to answer our questions and crack a few jokes. Off to a good start with this company. Our bus came shortly thereafter and all went well from there. One guy drove the bus, another narrated as we made the 90 minute trek to Lynchburg.
We had some terrific barbecue in Lynchburg, then had a distillery tour that lasted about an hour or so. If you like whiskey, and especially if you like Jack Daniel’s, this tour is a must. After the distillery tour, our guides at Mint Julep had as back in Nashville in time to get ready for the evening. This was a great experience.

Great tour. Emily and Jonathon nailed the experience we were looking for among a small group of friends. BBQ tasting at Edleys and then several bourbon tastings and distillery tours. Bel Mead and Cosair were perfect. Learned a lot about bourbon and the local Nash history. Transport was super comfortable. And each location was ready for our group upon our arrival at each spot. Great off Broadway excursion. Super pro and accommodating tour company.

My husband and I booked this tour right when we saw it & I’m so glad we did!! We learned a ton, laughed a lot & of course tried so many amazing distilled spirits. This 5 hr tour went by fast. There wasn’t too much driving involved at all. Mint Julep really planned our time at each distillery very well. Our guide Ashlee was simply amazing, she was professional & loves what she does! She also gave us some recommendations to try next time we are in town. All the guides & staff at each distillery were extremely knowledgeable and gave so much good information on their process. We truly enjoyed every minute!! Thank you Mint Julep for putting together such a great tour with so many great distilleries.
