The crew were excellent and kept everybody fully briefed throughout the cruise. We did manage to see the tail of one whale, making you want to return and try and gain a better sighting at a more opportune time in the season.

Absolutely disgraceful experience. Do not entertain this company at all . They took us out to sea knowing how dangerous the conditions were . Approximately 70 % of the passengers were throwing up everywhere! The toilets were covered in sick and unusable. The upper deck should have been cordoned off due to the weather conditions as people were falling everywhere. I fell down the stairs and as I am currently recovering from cancer this was the last thing I needed.
We were supposed to have free tea and coffee but that didn’t transpire and I was even charged for water !
An absolutely awful experience never ever to be repeated .
I contacted the company on the 11 th of November and after chasing via email I still have not had a response to my complaint. Disgraceful.

Unfortunately due to weather conditions the trip was cut short and we had to return to the dock. We were given a voucher for the nxt whale season. Staff were grt though and the rough weather added a bit of excitement

I am sure if we had not gone the last weekend this trip was offered (end of the migration season), we would have had more fun. Unfortunately, we saw no whales, the crew spent the entire time tending to seasick passengers (rather than trying to help locate the whales) and at the end we were all offered the "whale-watching guarantee", which is a voucher for another whale watching trip and must be used within the year. Since this was a once-in-a lifetime trip to Australia, we won't be able to try again..and they know that 99% of visitors will not be able to book a return trip.

If you don’t see any whales (like us) the tour is very long and boring. The sun beats down on you for 3 hours. Many people got seasick. They give you throw up bags.

The ferry ride. But not happy there wasn't much whales or went up close to us. Too expensive for little whale watching experience (not many whales)

It was little bit too long, but at the end it was fun to see real whale. Positive experience. I am recommending.

Saw the whales swimming, but not so eventful. The whales did not come out of the ocean. Not what was expected. So felt a bit disappointed.

We were able to see lots of whales not long after cruising out from harbour in the end of September. Everyone got enough photo/video taken in the first 1.5 hours, and were just waiting to get back to pier with seasick. Please expect for bumpy ride there and recommended for joining 2 hours max for this cruise. There were no commentary on whale, only instruction to use seasick bags. No tea/coffee as listed on Tripadvisor either.

Such a cool experience. We were lucky to see many whales. It takes a bit of patience but it was stunning.

Sadly you can’t get that close to them but still it will give you shivers.

They were super nice and on time. They provide sick bag but would recommend taking anti nausea pills ahead of the trip if you are a sensitive body like me.

Highly recommend.
