The tour was good, but hearing and understanding the guide was difficult. I found I lost interest in his explanations. I would rather we wondered the museum on our own.

you could easily spend a year it is so rich
the man handling logistics was very helpful we arrived late for the rendezvous due to force majeure and he gave us guidance on how to connect with the group
advice to first time Firenze tourists
double the time u think u need to get to the rendezvous!! and enjoy!!

Our guide was very informative, and we enjoyed our tour. The two hours walking around was hard on our feet, with not many places to rest. He chose what to show us and pointed out things we would have clearly missed had we done it on our own. However personally I would have liked him to show us Caravaggio’s, Rembrandt and others on the ground floor. He highly recommend we visit them but I’d have liked his input. It seems what you see is down to the guide. My 23 year old was probably quite bored but it was a wonderful experience that I’m sure she’ll never forget. The place was busy mostly with other tours and not every room was air conditioned so it was quite warm. I’d recommend this company they were very straightforward, instructions on where to meet were very clear and easy to find, plus he took us to the toilets before we started which was a very wise decision!

Found meeting up with the guide confusing as there are building works in the area so it wasn’t clear but as we went in plenty of time we managed to find her ok. There was 8 in the group and we would have not have enjoyed it the same if any bigger. Galya managed to use the whistle stop tour very effectively by focusing on the key places and giving a lot of history and detail of the paintings. Others we passed she still provided detail so we could go back afterwards if we wanted. We learnt so much as Gayla’s knowledge was excellent and pitched just right. If you have limited time would definitely recommend but be warned it gets very busy.

Great tour of the major pieces of art. Tour guide was very knowledgeable about each piece of art. It's crowded in the afternoon, but the only time we were able to do it. Still able to view everything ok with a little patience.

Our guide Alfonso was wonderful. Knowledgeable, engaging, friendly. Tour was on time and no waiting. A good value for the experience we had! Gave us a ton of great stories and knowledge. Perfect for what we wanted which was to do Florence ala cart to fit our plans.
