It was a small group of 6, so we were able to easily maneuver the crowds! We loved this tour because our guide gave us a deep dive into art history and background. This enriched the visit to the museum since it streamlined our time and allowed us to appreciate significant pieces instead of feeling overwhelmed at the vast number of exhibits.

Matteo was a wonderful guide who clearly has passion for the subject and a true desire to impart information. Whilst the gallery was really busy, he still made sure we were informed about the facts of all the wonderful art we were blessed to see.

My daughter and I (20 and 50 yo) took this tour today. Matteo was very knowledgeable and well informed. Once he had a grasp of the group's level of interest and knowledge, he began to tailor the experience to where we were at. He obviously has deep knowledge of history and art, and this really shows through in his tour. The 90 minutes passed in a flash.

We loved this tour. Our tour guide was so engaging and friendly. He showed us all the most important pieces in the gallery and gave an incredible history lesson of Florence and the Medici family at the start of the tour as we waited to enter the museum. We don't recall our tour guides name, but he was really incredible and fun to be with for the 2 hour tour. This tour was worth every penny to see the Uffizi gallery highlights!
