The driver was given the wrong location from administration even though I gave them my airline, flight number and arrival time.
I had to wait 20 minutes for the driver to pick me up, which is not acceptable whatsoever!

Great experience! We booked a transfer from a hotel in Ubud to a hotel in Seminyak. Our driver was right on time. Communication ahead of time via email was great and day-of via WhatsApp was great too. Great value. Would recommend!

Bali is amazing but it can be more amazing if someone can show you around! We were very happy that we found Gusti! Amazing driver and guide! He was really helpul and friendly. He gave us good indications for places to visit and to eat and took us everywhere! He speaks very good english and has an amazing culture about everything in Bali! We learn a lot and our experience was amazing!! We didn't find a driver but a truly friend!! Can't wait to go back.
