Spend an adventure-filled afternoon and evening boat trip by Twilight Sea Canoe exploring the stunning Phang Nga Bay cliffs of Panak and Hong Island on a sea kayak with your personal paddle guide. Another highlight is the visit of the iconic James Bond Island rock after most of the other boats have left.

There will be a German guide available every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

WHAT TO EXPECT

On this late-riser trip operated by Twilight Sea Canoe you will be picked up by air-conditioned minivan from the entire Phuket Island. Don’t eat a lot of breakfast, as you will be served a yummie meal onboard the comfortable big boat after leaving from Ao Po Pier. During the boat ride the lead guides will give you a detailed briefing about the nature and geological site of Phang Nga Bay. Learn the basic do’s and don’ts of how to securely enter the caves and hongs.
2. Ao Po Pier
Meet at Twilight Sea Canoe office at Ao Por Pier in the north-east of Phuket at least 30 minutes before scheduled departure.
3. Koh Panak Cave
Start the kayaking session with your well-educated and experienced guide through limestone caves and lagoons in the dramatic setting at Panak Island. The kayaks are specially designed for your trip, and you can feel absolutely safe.
4. Hongs of Phang Nga
Your professional guide paddles you and your partner through 'Tidal Nape' sea caves inside Phang Nga Bay’s marine limestone karstic islands into 'hongs' (Thai for room). The hidden cliff-lined lagoons are populated with macaques, water monitors, kingfishers, mud-skippers, egrets, sea eagles and brahminy kites. Return to the escort boat and move on to James Bond Island.
5. James Bond Island
Explore the legendary and iconic James Bond Island famous from the movie 'The Man with the Golden Gun' when most other tour boat has already departed. Watch the famous rock pinnacle 'Koh Tapu' (translated as Nail Island) and Khao Phing Kan consisting of two forest-covered islands with steep shores.
6. Ao Phang Nga National Park
On the way to the next stop, enjoy a tasty and healthy buffet lunch on board the double-decker tour boat taking into account your dietary preferences. Complete this adventurous day with spotting fireflies and dinoflagellates (bio-luminescent plankton) which is a highly 'spiritual experience'.
7. Ao Po Pier
Cruise back to Ao Por Pier where the driver will meet you at the end of the pier to bring you back to your hotel.

The trip was amazing, if anyone was thinking about booking this activity DO IT! The crew were amazing and so funny, they made my birthday so special too 😄 a big shout out to Al-pha he was our paddle guide, so informative friendly and funny too, and also woody who arranged it all he's the best! The bioluminescent plankton was the cherry on top so beautiful 😍

Myself and 2 friends thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The tour guides were friendly,helpful and extremely funny.
The boat wasn't crowded like you normally see with other tours and everything was done for you. All canoeing into the caves were led by experienced people. We say monkeys in the caves one carrying their babies. I would definitely recommend this tour and company to anyone visiting thailand.

Despite the rain, we had a lovely tour with super friendly staff on the boat and even when checking in. Each couple also got their own tour guide who paddled us through the caves and lagoons. The food and drinks were also great. All in all, a successful trip that we can only recommend.
