The guide Rafael was very knowledgeable and entertaining. The excursions were also timed well to avoid mass crowds. The cenote and Akumal bay parts of the trip also made for a fun active diversion.

We had the most amazing day! Ismael, Fernando and Luisa made our experience one we will never forget. They are knowledgeable, kind and full of joy!!! We went to Tulum, Akumal and a Cenote with a great authentic lunch. Our time with the turtles at Akumal was simply too good for words. My only advice for others is to make sure you have a towel, a reusable water bottle and maybe have sandals as well as walking shoes with your change of clothes. Thank you thank you thank you !

Our tour guide emailed us the wrong departure meets (one at our place another at a local restaurant sent us a pin and map.) Our tour was 2 hours late picking us up, they said they were lost but they sent us the pick-up point. They took a 8.5-hour tour and frog-marched us like the military through everything to still end at 5 pm. We werent allowed to take towels, told to walk off Akumal beach to parking in dripping went bathing suits not even a cover-up. Guide going so crazy fast we could barely keep up. Not even 30 minutes to see turtles. 30 min. at ruins, then going 30mph down a rutted road I was going to throw up it was so bad because they were rushing to meet the times. We wanted to stop at one shop for even 10 minutes, guide told us we would shop later, he knew he was lying when he said it there was never any opportunity.
I asked the company, does the tour stay later since we were picked up late? They said talk to the guide. I asked the guide and he said it is up to the company - I got the total runaround.
Oh, and driver was coughing and getting sicker and sicker by the hour. We all now are very sick with the flu including a friend who may need to be hospitalized. He knew he was sick and still came to work what a nice souvenir, eh? Oh, and also T-shirts to be their free marketing as if that would make this all better.
Seeing the sea turtles was a dream of mine and this experience completely ruined it. I've taken many tours over the years and this was by far the worst experience. Bad communication all around, active lying, rushing us (imagine 2 hours off of a 8.5 tour that is a HUGE cut while trying to do everything!). I am easy-going and understanding but this was ridiculous. A total fail. When we gave feedback and complained the answer was basically, "oh. sorry about that." and then ignored us when we said we got sick.
Book with caution.

It was amazing experience. Me and my husband did a trip Tulum, turtles and cenotes on March 2, 2024. Pick up was on time. Only was surprising that we were had to pay additional $20 each for an entrance to some park( tulum I think). It was not mentioned in the price when we booked it. Tulum trip was very nice and our guide Carlos was amazing, very knowledgeable and attentive. He gave us a private tour of the ruins. He knew a lot of information and was able to answer all of our questions. Turtle trip was beautiful and we saw many turtles. Our guys were very thoughtful and attentive to us and the nature. When we got to cenotes we had authentic tacos ( they were making corn tortillas right there on the line stone) they were delicious. Cenote was beautiful. We were happy that we chose to do these activities. The trip was all day and we got back to the hotel maybe 4:30 or 5 pm.

We had an amazing day with Ocean Tours going to Tulum, Akumal Bay and cenote. Everything was planned out perfectly as far as timing and each destination that we went to. Juan was a great tour guide, Sergio was our driver and Alan our photographer. All three were excellent in their own skill. I highly recommend this trip. Snorkeling in Akumal bay was spectacular!

This was an awesome day. Our Mayan tour guide Ramses had lots of interesting anecdotes and was very funny too. For me the highlight was the snorkeling - so many different fish of all colours and four !! Sightings of sea turtles! The quality of the masks was excellent and while I nearly got lost Daniel patiently found me in the ocean and guided me back to la familia. Finally the cenote was a unique experience because it was a series of caves and Daniel proved to have a wealth l of knowledge about the history and geography of cenotes. A great mix of history and activity. Special thanks to Mel for photos and the driver for keeping an eye on me.

I visited Cancun in my last holidays and making this tour was my best choice. It's an wonderful place, an incredible mix between nature and history. The guides are really polite and gentle. They also have a huge knowledge about Tulum's history, and are really careful about our safety. A special thanks to guide Max, besides all the great job during the tour, I was by myself and he helped me with taking pictures. If I come back to Cancun, I will choose Ocean Tours again! Thanks guys!

Fast-paced but fantastic! Victor was our tour guide and he had a ton of knowledge about each location. We were early to the ruins and beat the massive crowd (thank you!), got up close and personal with sting rays, sea turtles, and lovely fish. We ended the excursion at the Cenote which was incredible and not to be missed. If you are looking to get a lot of experience in one excursion this is it. Ask for Victor!
PS - the transportation was also great, getting around safely is huge!

We had an amazing time in Tulum on this tour!! Our guide Emmanuel and our driver Juan were so knowledgeable and super friendly!! We loved learning about the Mayan ruins and the cenotes; but our favourite experience by far was swimming with a sea turtle!! We would absolutely recommend this tour!!
