Really good trip!! Tulum ruins are beautiful (lots of history) and there is some shade View from the top over the ocean is stunning! My boys and I had lots of fun in the 14miles of well groomed trails in the jungle and the provided lunch was really good. Cenote swim was worth doing, but the sun filtered pics you always see isn’t really accurate for this place. But it was cool to swim in an underground river as long as bats don’t freak you out. The guides for both ATVing and cenote were well informed. We felt very safe. There is a private locker where you can store your stuff. We booked through Apple Vacations and transfers were excellent. The Tulum ruins site has shopping just outside the entrance, so there’s lots to see and buy.

Alfredo Cocom was our tour guide through the cenote and Tulum as well. He was so knowledgeable, helpful, and he had great energy.

It was a 5star experience. Armando was an excellent guide. Friendly, clear and patient. It was a small group of 8 and we all had fun. The ATVs were maintained, the cenote was a great experience and the food was traditional with lots of options.

I did this tour with my cousins (6 adults 20-30s). We were picked up by our tour guide Alfredo from our hotel and first went to Tulum then to another place where the atv and cenote was located. Alfredo stayed with us except for the atv which was another tour guide. It was raining in Tulum which was actually better because I have been there before and it gets really hot. Our tour guide Alfredo was the best! He was so passionate about the history of tulum even the rain did not stop him and we really appreciated that and love him! The atv was fun it was very safe and had instruction before hand. The cenote was refreshing and se also had lunch in between. They also take professional pics of you on atv and in cenote which was available for purchase for a reasonable price. We were with another group who were afraid of going into the water in the cenote but our tour guide Alfredo really helped them out. He is really the best and he should get a raise!! Would highly recommend this tour because of our tour guide Alfredo!

Loved the atvs, that was probably our favorite part of the excursion. The cenote was cool but we wished there were more fish to see. We would also reorder the activities. The ruins should have been first. We went to the ruins last at about 1pm. Even the tour guide remarked that the it wasnt as crowded because it was too hot for most people. We barely had the energy to really enjoy the experience and that was the consensus amongst our whole group.

Highlight of our holiday! My friend and I (both women in our early 40s) absolutely loved this tour. Our guides were Manu and Vicky and they looked after us so well and shared all their knowledge about the area. The ATVing was brilliant fun and the caves were such a wonderful cherry on top of a brilliant day. If you are thinking of booking this, do it - everything was so wonderful professional, from the pick up to the delicious lunch - we had the best day!

Overall this tour was exhilarating, educational, and a great way to break up our vacation. We had a wonderful experience from the time we were picked up at our hotel to the time we returned.
Our tour guide (Jazmin)for the ATV ride and cenote swim in the caverns was attentive and educational.
Our guide for the Tulum ruins was equal parts entertaining and educational making our overall experience fun even during the sweltering heat.
I definitely would recommend this experience to anybody and everyone family’s and couples alike.

We had a great time with our tour guide Jamie! He was on time, polite, easy to understand, a good driver (in crappy traffic( and very informative. The tour at ruins was HOT, but an experience. Kids loved ATVs and so did we. Lunch was good and the kiddos loved the refreshing dip in the cenote. Great experience!!
