Nice trip but the trip got the whole day from 8am to 10pm, and most of the instructions by the tour guide was in Spanish.

This was the longest tour of our time in Mexico. We booked an English speaking tour and were met only with Spanish speaking tour guide. He asked us if we spoke Spanish and we said no. He said oh ok and then asked another tour guide if they had room in his bus on the first stop… which he didn’t. Breakfast was a ham sandwich, an apple, and a juice box. The first stop was about 15 min (the statue) then we went to the ruins. If you want a tour guide there you’ll have to pay because our tour guide didn’t go in. The tour guide at the ruins was the best part of our trip. He was very thorough, answered questions, was knowledgeable, and friendly. We then went to the cenotes. The life jackets and lockers weren’t included. We didn’t swim. We hung out at the bar but the people we were on the bus with said our tour guide left them in the cenote. This stop was two hours. Lunch was about an hour as well in this little restaurant on a side street. We were able to choose our meals when we got on the bus and lunch was pretty good. We then went to a shopping hub which was an hour and fifteen minutes for souvenirs. We were picked up at 8 and we didn’t get back to the hotel until 7:30. I would not recommend this tour.

The attractions on this tour were wonderful, but we felt that the organized of the tour was a bit mismanaged. We had taken this tour during our honeymoon in tulum.
To arrive at our meeting point where the tour began, we had to take an $35 usd cab ride to a super market in el centro, just to be taken to our first attraction which was only .75 miles down the road from our hotel.
We feel like it would’ve been ok for the tour operators to have us met them at the first attraction to save time and money.
The Second attraction was the Tulúm ruins. It was wonderful, but it did feel a bit rushed as the bus parked a long way away from the ruins, therefore consuming a lot of time to walk to the bus to the ruins, and then again from the ruins to bus.
We then were taken about 10 minutes driving PASSED the third attraction to have lunch at another location. While lunch was included and delicious, we feel it would have been a much better use of our time if we were to spend more time at attraction and we could have lunch there.
Then we went to the cenotes, which were absolutely beautiful, and we could have spent a lot more time there than just the 2 hours that were allotted.
We will definitely be returning to the cenotes on another trip!

Tour was great, but VERY long day. I was not prepared for the additional stop at Playa Del Carmen. Highlights were the stop to Cenotes and Sculpture for our group. We did not get back to the resort until 9 PM (departed the hotel at 7:10 AM). I would recommend tour to others.

Never again! Airbnb, needs to crack down on tour companies using its platform to promote a false sense of an Airbnb experience. There were so many things terribly wrong with this “experience.” Allow me to break down my experience as Follows:
 I was told by Gabriel the driver was in my hotel lobby and he was looking for me, he wasn’t. I was standing outside when the driver pulled up. FIRST RED flag.
 I began receiving calls and text messages from Trip Advisor. Strange because I didn’t book any Cancun tours with them. I messaged Gabriel and asked him what was going on and if this tour hosted by a tour company. He lied and asked me to ignore and block the calls and text messages from the tour company.
 I reconfirmed with the tour guide, Christian about this tour, and he assured me that everything was okay. At that time, I received a called from tour company telling me that I have got on the wrong bus. I asked him to speak with the phone representative as I don’t know what is going on (at this point, I lost interest in this tour).
 I would not advise this experience to anyone, specifically a solo lady traveler.

About the tour:
< Once the Christian checked the attendance and collected the $15 dollars, he proceeded to hand everyone their lunch bag which included 1 of each sandwich, apple, juice box dessert cookie and breath mint.
< The first stop on this tour was the Tulum ruins. A few others and I were asked to join another tour guide (from another company) that spoke English. We arrived at this stop shortly after 11:20 am and needed to meet the bus no later than 12:30PM. Hence, were not able to conclude with the full ruins tour. This portion of the tour was super rushed.
< Next, we arrived at Muyil and saw another ruin/temple and then to a break for lunch. Respectfully, the lunch was the highlight of the entire “experience”.
< WE DID NOT STOP AT ANY BEACHES!!!
Upon arrival to the Cenote, I took note that this Cenote looked NOTHING like what is pictured as being a part of this experience. Guests climbed down a “hole” with over 80 steps to get to the water. I can’t swim and only desired to take photos. The tour guide Christian insisted I should have some excitement and swim even though I mentioned to him I can’t swim. He jokingly suggested that he should push me in the water. Not cool.
Lastly, we stopped at Playah de Carmen 7:30Pm, giving the group and hour to walk around. Upon return, the bus was nowhere to be found! I had to contact Gabriel to help me hunt this bus down. Totally not a great feeling at all.
At the end, the driver dropped me to the main entrance of the hotel security checkpoint. Christian (tour guide called me a cab to drive me the rest of the way to the hotel. Once I entered the cab, THAT DRIVER had the child lock on!
This was an Airbnb experience from hell! I will NEVER book this experience, and I will not recommend it to anyone else, particularly ladies traveling alone! This “experience” lasted 15 damn hours!! Killed my entire day!

4 Cenotes, Giant Sculpture, and Ruins Tour very LONG day. 7:30am-9:30pm
They advertise that they speak English but, because the majority of the group was spanish speakers that was what was spoken most of the time. There had to be a special effort to speak to the few of us that spoke ONLY English. The Ruins I found to be not that interesting. I liked the Cenotes although our tour guide did a horrible job of keeping our group together. At one point we were told to go to the van in the parking lot and we could not even find the driver had to walk around the lot for while and eventually come back to the guide and tell him that we could not find the van.
When driving back to Cancun from Tulum it was raining and on the main road there was some issue with the truck driving right in front of us. I was dozing off and woke up to the van slightly slamming on its brakes. I noticed with the rest of the van two men harassing our driver apparently they threw something at our van and instead of our driver backing off away from the truck who was trying to cut us off he was driving very close to the truck and it was very frightening. One of the passengers next to me told our bus driver something in Spanish and he backed away from the truck. Apparently told him to back off.
That blew me away just the fact that he thought it was okay to put everyone life in danger .
If I were to do this all again I would do a much shorter tour. The ruins and lunch with one Cenote. No shopping or Giant sculpture stop.
The Giant sculpture took way too much time. Long line of people taking photos with this sculpture. We were just ready to get to the good stuff. The bus ride was going to be 2 hours already without this long photo stop.

A Nice visit to Tulum and refreshing swimming in the cenotes. Although 1 hour in Carmen beach felt bit rushed and not sure what we could have done in the end of the day and the guide in Tulum is not included in the price.

We visited some amazing sites and had a great time, however I warn you, this is not an 8-10 hour tour it’s 14 hours. We were not totally prepared for that but, it really was a lot of fun! Especially swimming in the cenote caves!! And the Tulum ruins
