This old steam ship is worth the trip in its own right, and the lake is very beautiful. We were unaware there was the option of a barbecue lunch, so didn't get off at Walter Peake as we could have done. Nevertheless, it was a good trip with lovely views. being able to see the steam engine at work was great.

The scenery was stunning, the lake was calm when we went which made the trip smooth sailing. A beautiful vessel to take a trip on, rich in history and lovingly restored. Enjoy the views and take in where you are, don't just go for a joy ride like many people did the day we went, they were too busy chatting and drinking to really appreciate where you are, not even looking at the views, this may be a once in a lifetime experience for some.

Very pleasant cruise on a vintage steamship followed by a farm visit with sheepherding, sheep-shearing and an excellent afternoon tea.
Would recommend this trip particularly for families with young children, a lovely afternoon out

Very scenic, but did not get off at the destination and would have liked to walk about, even for the 5-10 minutes that we stopped. Was not allowed!

Great trip on the lake. Impressive vessel and food/drink service on board is very good. Although hundreds of people board each trip there is plenty of seating on board.

A good half day trip although we were unaware of the lunch and dinner option ashore. The scenery is stunning of course and the cruise is very popular so pre book!

Great experience!

Except the strong winds that could almost blow my face off…

And there was a bit crowded when turning back from the farm, I have to share tables with others.

A bit crowded and overpriced...nice views, glad I didn't get the meal. Liked the piano bar and historical pics and info.
