• The pick up and drop off is included in a selected area of the city (city center). If you are staying outside of the city center, our guide will meet you at Avenida Liberdade 3. Kindly confirm with us prior to your tour the pick up preferences.
• We have several models of tuktuks shown in the product pictures. Let us know if you have any preference for one
• The suggested itinerary is subject to change in case of any especial event in the city such as marathons, public events that make the streets unreachable.
• Group of 6 people: Please be aware that 6 people is the maximum capacity of people in one tuk tuk. Some clients may find it a bit tight - We suggest looking at the pictures of the tuk tuks with 6 people to have a better idea of how 6 people can fit in one tuktuk.
• We can't take kids on the tuk tuk with less that 6 years old
• People with limited range of motion in their knees might find it hard to get in and out of the tuk tuk
• This tour isn't recommend for people with back problems. The streets in Lisbon are very bumpy and it will be uncomfortable on your back.

Our tour guide Ali was amazing with excellent knowledge of the many historical sites we visited. We enjoyed a Gin Jinha alongside St. Dominic’s church. We visited the best viewing sites in Lisbon as well as interesting shopping and nightlife districts. I highly recommend this tour.

Filipe was an entertaining, enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide. His knowledge and anecdotes gave us a beyond tourist insiders view of the city. He was a safe and gave us a view of Lisbon that we would have never seen by car or bus tour.

Sometimes you get lucky. We certainly did with Raphael.
I did quite a bit of research, as I always do, and decided on a 4 hour / half day tour of Lisbon with 'Itookatuktuk'. My brother and his wife accompanied us.
Each question I had, pre-trip, was answered almost immediately by Adriana, who is General Manager. She even provided a photo of our driver / guide.
Raphael picked us up from the dock and took us to some truly amazing places and his knowledge was outstanding. If we wanted to see something in particular or spend a bit longer at one of many stops, absolutely no problem. He even 'skipped the queue' for us at his favourite custard tart shop in Belem. Which, incidentally, were extremely tasty.
We have been on many shore excursions over the years and this was one of the best. So without question, I thoroughly recommend I Took a Tuk Tuk.

We had an absolutely amazing time on this tour.

Nelson was our tour guide and he was an absolute gem. He was extremely knowledgeable on the history of Lisbon and Portugal and took us to so many wonderful places and lookout points. Navigating through the streets of Lisbon is no joke, but he was able to handle it with ease.
Our family consists of a 9 year old and two seniors and Nelson was extremely accommodating to everyone and was always ensuring everyone was comfortable.

I highly recommend this tour and Nelson. Thank you for everything.

Pinto was our guide and he was amazing! Made us feel so comfortable right from the start. He is so knowledgeable about the city and the history of the country. He is friendly and a very good driver! He even let us stop for a happy hour wine- while we finished the tour - do much fun. Don't miss this excursion!

Our family group of seven made the very smart move of booking a half-day tour with I Took a Tuk Tuk. It was the perfect way to visit many important Lisbon landmarks, including the famous Pasties de Belen. We skipped the line and were able to view the behind-the-scenes creation of these delectable custard tarts. We all benefited from Rafael’s knowledge of Lisbon’s history. Luiz has a fun, warm personality that made us laugh along the way. You can’t go wrong booking a tour with this company. They made our day in Lisbon extra special!

Rafael and Luiz picked up our family of 7 in two tuk tuks right at our hotel. The whole experience was great. The places we visited were perfect, our guides were wonderful and the pastries in Belem were fantastic. All around I’d highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time on the half day tour. Joaquim was super, very knowledgeable and also let us set the pace. He was very good at knowing when to keep going, when to give us a rest, when to tell us more, etc. We saw so much more of Lisbon and learned so much more than we could have on our own. The electric tuktuk was very easy and comfortable too.

Our guide Filipe was awesome. Easy going, he gave us a great overview of the most important areas in Lisbon, with choice to stop in sections that were of interest to us. Being a local, his knowledge moving through the city was great, making it be seamless.
