Despite the bad weather, the tour was carried out on time and with great enthusiasm just for us. Meghan entertainingly gushed out one anecdote after another, always a good mix of knowledge and entertainment. You see things with a different eye now. Entertaining tour that wasn't too long with lots of good photo spots and exciting insights. I can absolutely recommend it.

We had the coldest, windiest day (and I'm a Chicago girl so I know cold!) for our tour, but Meghan was so skillful in guiding us to sheltered spots and in for a quick cafe warm-up (even finding one to meet my gluten free requirements) that we saw *all* of the planned stops and got a real sense of the cozy neighborhood feel of Tribeca! The architecture was amazing, the stories informative and entertaining, and the personable connection with Meghan was memorable. I highly recommend the tour, it has made me look at the buildings of our downtown with new eyes!

We took the tour on a sunny but cold and windy day but no rain so could enjoy walking around the streets.
The tour is well organized and structured and leaves you some resting time + recharging the batteries.

Megan was a wonderful guide with such interesting info about TriBeCa area. It was a beautiful day so that made it even better. The pace is easy and breaks when you need or ask for them.
