Going through the Jewish Ghetto was fascinating and unique but that part was too short. We had an enthusiastic guide but unfortunately had a hard time understanding him as his accent was SO strong and he spoke so quickly and not loud enough that at least HALF of what he said was unfortunately lost.

Overall a good walking tour. We did not venture too far. Plenty of food. For some on the tour, it was hard to understand the guides accent.

Great experience with our tour guide! It was a group on 4, started in the Jewish Ghetto and learned so much. We got to try the famous artichokes.

Then head over the Trastevere to try more foods. The guide was great at telling stories and keeping us engaged. We did not eat as much food as we did in another food tour in Greece but it gave us a good understanding on the local foods.

If you have someone older or has a hard time walking long distances (you will be climbing steps and uneven roads) I would say it’s doable but let the tour guide know so they do not walk so fast.

It’s fun, you get to walk around and eat yummy food!

The guide was super good.
The price on this tour was pretty reasonable and I suppose the food reasonable too.
Would have liked more food.
We went some places we wouldn’t have gone otherwise and saw some cool stuff.

Our guide was an expert on local history and fun sense of humor. I learned a lot! We did a lot of walking without any eating for the first hour and then the food was all at the end. Great food! Excellent representation of local favorites.

I wouldn’t know what this tour was like as I got injured badly the night before. I hurt my leg really bad and couldn’t walk so preemptively messaged the tour operator. They refused to refund me, and also said my husband should just go without me even though I can barely walk and need his help to get around now. To add salt to the wound, they told me to get a wheelchair just so I could go on their tour. If you want a tour company to just go straight for your money, then go ahead go with this one. If you’re looking for one with some human decency and kindness, I highly recommend choosing any OTHER company. I can’t believe I’m being ridiculed for getting injured, it’s called an accident for a reason. Do yourself a favor, don’t ever have an accident—definitely not within the 24 hour window specifically. So ridiculous.

We booked this tour back in 2017 but unfortunately had to cancel this tour and our trip. I am so happy we ended back to Rome and do this incredible tour with Victoria, who was a delight. She is very passionate and knowledgeable. Took great care of our group of 7 .

Virginia was a brilliant guide. She pointed out lots of fantastic historical points of interest and background information. The pace was perfect. She was engaging and knowledgeable. The food tastings were great, some things we wouldn't have known to try. We got tips for restaurants and advice on how to pick good gelato. My teenagers loved it too. Don't hesitate this was a highlight for us. Virginia was superb.
