We received exceptional service on our trip from the Cancún airport to Playa del Carmen. Our flight was rescheduled at least 3 times and even moved to the next day. STP was attentive to the changes and took care of everything. Our driver, Israel, was so accommodating. He even gave us a bit of history of the country.

Loved the comfortable ride from the airport to the resort. Our driver was nice and inviting. The Stretch VW Jetta was very nice inside with lots of leg room and even had back supports.

Moses did a wonderful job with our transfer! We got met very promptly and quickly taken to our car where beers and water were waiting.

Overall I’m pleased with the transfer but I have a few suggestions: 1) make the welcome sign at the airport with the passengers name BIGGER as it was nearly impossible to find my name; 2) cool the car down BEFORE picking up the passengers- our car was steamy hot for 10 min even though the air conditioning was on.

Booked through Viator and received all the details to feel ready after we landed. The STP rep, Jimmy, texted me to confirm our meeting spot upon exiting the airport and escorted us to the vehicle. Our driver, Alberto, greeted us with lavender scented cool towels and offered us Bluetooth, WiFi, beer, and water. The Suburban was clean, with comfy leather seats and great AC. Alberto pointed out local attractions and recommended restaurants along the route to the hotel zone. Overall exceeded expectations and very affordable for the service provided. Thank you!

I screwed up and put the date before the actual arrival . I told them I’m happy to pay a penalty or whatever. however they charged me the whole amount . I used e transfers for the new reservation and rest of my trip . Much cheaper than stp caribe , on time and efficient
