This was an excellent way to get to the Valparaiso seaport. Our driver actually arrived early at the hotel with the perfect size van. He stopped for water on the way and arrived in plenty of time. He was able to find a porter for us and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend Viator for transportation!!

Driver was on time, early even and accommodated the a/c and music to us. We arrived at cruise port earlier than expected and all wad great.

Very prompt. Actually, arrived early.
Driver was vey courteous snd professional. He was able to avoid a traffic jam at the destination with an alternate route.
Only negative comment was that the AC in the vehicle did not function properly and it was a bit hot in the car.

Our driver was at the airport waiting for us, but at a spot different from what was stated in reservation details we had rec'd from operator. Driver was at Departures (upper level), not at Arrival (outside baggage area and SAG). After much confusion and concern, we finally connected. He waited patiently for 3 hours and did send us emails asking us where we were, but I did not have wifi so never saw them. Much thanks for his patience. He did get us to cruise port on time and safely.

On-time (15 minutes ahead of schedule). We needed a ride from our hotel in Santiago to our cruise in San Antonio. Roughly 90 minutes. Very clean vehicle and professional driver.

Upgraded to larger vehicle. Driver could not communicate. No step stool for physically impaired passengers. Worst part was no luggage area in back of vehicle so elderly passengers had to assist with loading and unloading. Upon arrival at port…luggage held hostage pending additional cash payment. Again, no way to communicate.

The driver arrived punctually at the appointed time to pick us up from the hotel. The car was clean, comfortable and well maintained. We were delivered safely and without incident to the cruise ship terminal in an hour and a half.
