The Pompeii tour was incredible, the tour guide was chatty, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend a tour guide so that you can see the best bits. The car itself was clean and well air conditioned and the driver was friendly, they even gave us info and a little tour in the way. Only thing is that driving around Italy is a bit of a nerve wrecking experience - drivers on phones, hands completely off the wheel doing other things, overtaking when they shouldn’t. From what it seems it’s just the style of driving here.
