Our Guide Sule was the BEST! It was like going out for a night on the town with your bff from Istanbul. Her command of the English language was more than impressive and she was engaging and knowledgeable about Istanbul, past and present. The Dervish experience did not feel touristy, even though it was full of tourists. The musicians and singers (not a backing track) were talented and the dancers were impressive. Sule led us through the streets like a pro and we went to a neighborhood restaurant where we ate our fill, and then some. Our driver took us back to our hotel, not the meeting spot, an added bonus. Book the Dervish’s, request Sule as you guide, you won’t be disappointed.

The whirling dervishes were entrancing, the food sublime and our guide, Zeynap very fun and engaging. Our last evening in Istanbul may be our most memorable.

The show was good and as expected. Our guide was also very good. It was the drop off afterwards that spoiled it. The driver wouldn’t take us back to our hotel and just dumped us off on a street corner and said it was that way..We had to walk 30 minutes in a foreign city at night. We were very annoyed. His attitude was awful.

Although Dervish was interesting, an hour was a bit longer than I would’ve liked. The dinner was fantastic and our guide, Nazli was wonderful. Overall, it was a great evening.

Wonderful way to experience an evening in Istanbul. First, Berna- our tour guide was excellent, charming, and knowledgeable. The dervish experience was very interesting. Not a “stage show” but instead a chance to watch true believers practicing their faith. Dinner was at a nicer kabob place and the food was very good and very plentiful. I would highly recommend this experience.

Fantastic experience. Our guide Sule was delightful and full of information. She went beyond the scope and gave us a lovely experience.
The dance was amazing but a bit overcrowded. Dinner was delicious.

Being able to sit and watch the religious ceremony was a privilege. It was mesmerizing to watch the whole process. The food was incredible. The food in Turkiye is so tasty but this meal was definitely my favorite. Our guide Sule was hands down my favorite guide I had throughout my trip. She had a very kind energy and is so helpful with providing information regarding where to visit on your free time. I wish I would have started my trip with this tour.

I would highly recommend this show/dinner cultural tour. At first we didn’t know what to expect, but our wonderful tour guide Zeynep Nazli met us on time, explained the entire itinerary and gave us historical information on the Dervish dancers. She took us first to try some street food as a starter, then she took us to the performance hall for the show and there was a small museum too. After the show they take you with their private transportation van to a local Turkish restaurant that is family owned to try the most amazing and delicious food. All you can eat. Zeynep enlightened us with fun, informative conversation. She’s a lovely woman who showed us true Turkish traditions. After the dinner the van will drop you off near or at your hotel depending on your location. Thank you Zeynep, I will recommend your tour to my friends and family!!

One of the best tours we have taken in Istanbul. Our tour guides nazli and sule were very considerate of our likes though we were in a group tour. The dervish experience is divine and wholesome and we had authentic and delicious Turkish cuisine for dinner. This is a must try if you’re first time in Istanbul. They give good recommendations about the foods to try and best Hammam places!
