We went as a family with our three teenage daughters and had a wonderful time. Rosa invites you into her home and you quickly start to feel at home. We felt like we were with relatives. Her wonderful assistant made sure that we understood and they both were delighted to answer any questions we had, We made multiple types of sauce and pasta, and I will definitely be making the grilled vegetables again. I didn’t realize how many times I was using spices too early and basically cooking them out of taste. The tiramisu was excellent and we learned some great lessons in moka coffee. Her house is on Giudecca, which made it convenient walk from the hotel we were staying at. It would have been easy to get to from the main Venice island too. When we come back to Venice, we would love to do a class with them again. What a wonderful time!

Rosa was absolutely incredible!!! Her cooking class was the highlight of our trip to Venice. My fiancé and I celebrated my birthday with her and she made it so special. A must do when in Venice!

We had so much fun with Rosa and her assistant. We were five adults plus two couples that we had met that afternoon. We laughed a lot, made delicious food and truly enjoyed Rosa's hospitality. It was one of the highlights of our stay in Italy.

Rosa was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. This was one stop of many on a 3 week trip around Europe for us and was easily the #1 highlight of our trip! Would recommended going to Venice to cook up pasta with Rosa first and then sight see second.

Like many others have shared, Rosa’s dinner/culinary experience is well worth it! Some time has passed since visiting Venice - but I’ve cooked Rosa’s pink veggies/fruits, sauce, pasta, and tiramisu a number of times for special occasions. Rosa hosted just a friend and myself, sharing the table with us and discussed life, travel, family, and of course, cooking over the course of the evening. The experience was one of the more memorable parts of Venice and can now live on for me to share the food with many others. This was an incredible value as well as one of the best meals I had during our trip. Thanks, Rosa!

I went with my 16 year old son and we both thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening. The 5 young American ladies in our group were a major distraction for my son but somehow he still managed to make pasta and tiramisu. And Rosa the chef is fantastic.

Very informative. I’ve been to a lot of cooking classes in the states this was awesome.
She explained everything she answered your questions, and both her and the translator were very kind people and generous.
Demonstration was one that you would want to repeat when you go home!!!
I’ll summit up with one word excellent!!!

It was more then we could ever have hoped for - an experience I will cherish for the rest of my life! My husband and I joined Rosa for a fabulous culinary experience, in her home. Her and her assistant (who translated) were just amazing. Such gracious hosts. We were welcomed with music and Prosecco! We chatted a bit and then got down to business. Rosa talks directly to you - I understood a few words - but just felt her in my soul. Her assistant explained everything with details and history! We made the best pasta ever (I will now be doing this in my home!), including Ravioli filled with pesto, Fettucine in a buttery/cheesy sauce, Spaghetti in a tomato sauce. And of course made the best Tiramisu! We have never had a taste for Tiramisu - but we do now! This woman knows how to cook and share her culinary skills! Oh and the roasted vegetables with fruit too! Some things I would have never put together! Another new skill I will be using! I am beyond thrilled that we were able to have this once in a lifetime experience in Italy! Thank you Rosa for making us feel like family. Until next time....
