I booked this on the basis that the price paid was refundable up to 24 hours before the event. I needed to cancel it and tried over 24 hours before but I couldn’t as the system told me it wasn’t refundable. A complete waste of £67.

Very interesting place. Long line to get in on very busy weekend. So much history there and well worth the wait. Beefeater was great in brushing us up on our history

Beware wrong information and bad customer service. We purchased tickets for 3pm entrance. Upon arrival the Tower staff informed us the last tour in the winter is 2:30. It’s even on their website. We talked to three different reps from where we purchased the tickets. And they insist there is a tour at 3pm. However. The actual beefeater and two staff members as well as the ticket office all confirmed that is not true in the winter.

Very good experience. Wait time was short, but I also got there early. Beefeater experience was fun. Crown Jewels area can get very crowded.

Highly recommend this tour. The Beefeater tour guide Barney was knowledgeable and entertaining. The set up was great. 15-20 mins at each stop helped keep everyone’s attention. Recommend the Crown Jewels while at Tower of London! Also great views of the London Bridge.

We had the pleasure of partecipating in the guided tour offered by one of the Beefeaters, Mr. Spike Abbot, and it was an absolute gem: interesting, engaging and fun. If you visit the Tower of London you *must* partecipate in one of the tours, there's one every thirty minutes and it makes the whole experience a lot more exhaustive, giving you also a full overview of what you can do and see immediately after the tour, showcasing all the interesting parts and buildings.

Beefy409 was hilarious and loud…Look him up in Facebook. He gave us history and engaged the crowd. We learned a lot of history from the tour and then enjoyed exploring the site on our own. Head there early and then explore the area afterwards. And thank you for your continued service.
