it was a wonderful sunny day not too hot. Juan was amazing. Sands send it help us with our stops and background beyond the audio. We are going to recommend this to our friends who are staying in a hotel nearby.

I bought a one day ticket for the bus tour that included the cable car and the funicular. Well worth the money.
I thought the route around the city was good and stopped at lots of different places.
However, because I didn't have access to the internet, it was a bit of a hassle showing the conductor my booking.
We got around the problem because I had my booking reference but can I suggest that you equip your buses with wifi? That would help not only your customers but your staff as well.

We tried multiple locations to find the bus to no avail the pick up locations we tried were out of date ,disappointed we had no phone service so had to rely on the information provided at booking

This Hop on Hop off was the usual quick view around the city which was informative, fun and low cost. It also seemed to cover a broader view of the city from other tours. I like the top deck to get a better view.
