This was definitely one of the highlights of my trip. The museum is a special place and insight into the life of Frida, her family and Diego. But it wouldn't be the same without the guidance of Isaac. I've learned so much more. He is an amazing guide, always ready to tell more, never overwhelming but tuning into what you wish for (and willing to answer a gazillion questions 😁). Very sociable, warm and open. The communication beforehand via whatsapp worked very well. And we had some time walking through Coyoacan (I would recommend walking through this area, it's such a nice place to spend time) and reflecting over a cup of coffee. I would recommend this tour anytime!

Isaac was an outstanding guide. Very knowledgeable. Very interested in the subject matter. So agreeable and positive and easy to get along with. He educated us and answered all of our questions. We had a great afternoon learning and hanging out with Isaac and would recommend him and this tour in a heartbeat.
Casa Azul was so interesting. We loved seeing the house and the artifacts and Frida's art and learning about their lives. We nearly decided not to go to Diego Rivera's Anahuacalli museum and I am SO glad we ended up going. IT is a fascinating building and collection. Unlike anything we had seen. It is interesting in three fronts. One is the building. Fascinating architecture and building materials. Two is his extensive collection of ancient art. Three are the sketches for many HUGE murals that he created. Don't miss it.

Shout out to Maite, my amazing tour guide. She reignited my love of art history! She is knowledgeable, a great storyteller, and an experience creator. If I had more days in town, I would’ve booked her for other tours. She was also a great communicator prior, during, and the tour.

We were so fortunate to have Maite as a guide to the Museo Anahuacalli and Casa Azul. Her knowledge and passion for the life and work of Diego, Frida and the indigenous people inspired us as we toured the remarkable museums and landscapes.

My tour guide Maite was great! I had limited time and she made sure I was able to get into the museum and see everything. She also explained to me a lot of things about the Museum and about Frida.

Isaac and Adriana! Thank you so much for such a great experience. Adriana made sure our scheduled booking went smooth and Isaac was our tour guide. Isaac you were so personable and knowledgeable and we really enjoyed listening to your expertise during the tour.

Also I want to mention that we participated in the combo tour pack. Isaac provided 1on1 guidance and historical knowledge through the Museo Anahuacalli and Frida Kahlo Museum. The tour provided transportation between the locations.

The double tour was excellent and much more than expected. The Frida Khalo Museum was very intimate. Our guide Maite was extremely knowledgeable. The insights that she gave increased the value of the trip. Traveling to the Diego Anthropological Museum was easy. Once there, we saw thousands to ancient pieces collected by Diego over his lifetime throughout Mexico along with sketches of his murals. The museum itself is an architectural work of art. Maite’s knowledge of anthropology enhanced the experience.
