Susanna is brilliant, sweet and fun! She made nearly 3 hours feel like 20 minutes. The ruins are beautiful and it was amazing to learn more about the civilization.

The place is lovely too. Just very hot on the day we visited, so do bring a bottle of water.

The tour was excellent and the guide was very knowledgeable. I learned a lot and will help me understand more at the anthology museum. One fair warning is, avoid the seasons when it is too hot. There is no shade to cool at the pyramid site and it's easy to get heatstroke.

This was an amazing tour! Everything went smoothly from pickup to drop off. Susana was an incredible guide. She was passionate about showing us around and had an answer for everything. The lunch was also quite good.

Susanna was an excellent guide, very knowledgable and personable. 5 stars for her — she made the experience! The only reason for knocking off a star was the ride from Mexico City to Teotihuacán, which was uncomfortable due to having to sit in very back third row of a relatively small car and the heat — driver either didn't have or didn't want to use AC.
