Raúl's tours show the passion he has for wine, he makes you feel in the shoes of the winemakers, takes you to know them first-hand and offers exclusivity and privacy.
We will visit the corners of the city of Toledo, its narrow streets of the Jewish Quarter, the commercial area, craft shops and we will have time to do some shopping, the famous Primate Cathedral, headquarters of the Vatican in Spain.
We cannot miss the mills of La Mancha, your guide will carefully explain how this engineering marvel works.
Lunch will be in a traditional Manchego restaurant with a tasting of the most characteristic dishes of La Mancha, including the world famous Manchego cheese D.O.P. and Saffron.
We will visit a very traditional style winery where wines are made in a very artisanal way, just as it has been done in La Mancha for hundreds of years.

We had the best time with Raul! Informative, fun, and unique. Highly recommend that you take this tour- we got to see things before the crowds developed, and met some great people.

We had an amazing time! Getting to see the sights in Toledo early, before the crowds got there allowed us to see and learn so much, and the winery was a real delight. Raul is knowledgeable and passionate, and was a great guide. Highly recommended.

It was a nice day visiting Toledo, La Mancha and the winery. We were traveling with our 85-year-old mother, and the guide Alberto was very accommodating. The tour did not include a visit to el Greco masterpiece El entierro del conde Orgaz, but at our request Alberto allowed us to get the tickets and go.
My only criticism (and this goes to any other tour) is that instead of trying to push people into buying stuff that most people are not interested in, they should try to incorporate other sites. This was a semi-private tour, us and another gentleman; Alberto was very accommodating in allowing us to see the painting, but he took us to a store because he had to.

This was such an excellent Tour.....Very Fun Fun Fun Group....Alberto was an Exemplary guide. Great food, wine, wine cellar tour....Cannot say how much I enjoyed!

Alberto was an excellent guide. We toured the ancient city of Toledo, saw the windmills in LaMancha and ate a delicious five-course lunch there, then toured an amazing winery in underground caves. Thoroughly enjoyable!

Despite the rain and the flooding around Toledo the trip went ahead - and a great day was had by all.
Our guide Alberto was very knowledgeable, amiable and amusing
Fantastic 5 course lunch, tying local delicacies.
Well worth it

Despite starting out the day with heavy rain Alberto did a great job in giving us and in-depth description of the the sights of Toledo. His knowledge of the area’s history made for an enjoyable morning. As we headed out to La Mancha the Sun came out and the rest of the day was amazing. From a great lunch with local fare and wine, to our stop at a small winery we had a very enjoyable day. We will use this tour group again.

Raúl was a fabulous tour guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable and it’s clear he has a deep connection to the region and strong relationships with the various vendors on each stop of the tour. He was personable and got to know each of the members of our tour on a deeper level, making this tour very special. His tour was a highlight of our trip to Madrid. I’d recommend anyone reach out to book one of his preset tours or to customize a tour based on your interests.
