Our guide was lovely and she went out of her way to show us as much as she could during our tour, including letting us walk about in the Plaza of Michelangelo looking over the city. We’re glad we decided to take this tour as our time is limited and we wanted to see as much as we could.

In time easy directions to find them. Booked at 11:30 the night before and was offered an earlier slot if we wanted. Stopped and took photos for us as the driver was on the better side. Brilliant would use again.

View from up top was beautiful but the rest of the tour was not that great. Just drove around . Couldn’t get out, hard to take pictures. Audio guide was hard to hear and driver talked over it.

Our driver, Alex, was very accomodating in taking us exactly where we wanted to go and what we wanted to see. He stopped so that we had time to view things and didn't feel rushed. Great way to take a break from all of the walking that you do when visiting these Italian cities.

This was a nice way to get a quick overview of the city with some background information and history mostly of the Medici Family. We did the tour at 9pm so it was nice to see the city at night. The audio guide was difficult to hear with cheap equipment.

Love, love, loved this tour. Our tour guide was very personable and customized our tour to what we were most especially interested in. Only caveat is the road was quite bumpy and might not be good for people with joint and back problems. I would most definitely do this again next time I am in Florence.
