The only reason I chose this tour is to visit Cenote Suytun. I was very disappointed this tour actually took us to Cenote hubiku instead of Cenote Suytun. It totally wasted our time to visit the place we don’t like. And Viator refused to refund the partial of the payment because of their misleading tour description.

Tour was informative and you get to see two cenotes including Chichén Itzá. Be prepared to spend >13hrs on this tour the drive took long so the stops were shorter than i would have wanted but you still get to see everything on the itinerary as promised. They also provide local snacks which was nice. Our tour guide was ‘Neto’

Visiting Chichen Itza was an awe-inspiring experience. The ancient Mayan ruins showcased remarkable architecture, and the iconic El Castillo pyramid was a breathtaking sight. The historical significance combined with the vibrant atmosphere made it a memorable trip. However, be prepared for crowds, especially during peak hours. Overall, a must-visit for history enthusiasts.

The trip was excellent. It was as plentiful as it was advertised. Even though the time we were allowed to spend at each sites was fairly short, it was enough for us to take all the photos we wanted and learn a little bit about the place. The best part about the trip for me was the tour guide, Francisco (for English speakers) at Chichen Itza. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Throughout the day, we were offered soft drinks and beers at several spots. This surprised me since they were so generous with the beverages unlike other tours I’ve been to in some other places.

If I have to be nitpicking, the only problem with the tour would be the confusing instructions from the staff members before we actually got on the bus and hit the road. We had to ask several times to make sure we are on the right shuttle.

Overall, if you’re looking for a tour that includes a bit of every touristy stuff, this would be it. It covered a lot, and didn’t disappoint.

Don't join this tour. This is actually a shopping tour. After they picked us up at our hotel at 7:30 am, they let us line up to check in at an outlet and wait for departure. Finally, we departed at around 8:30. We arrived at one of the cenotes Suyton after a 2.5-hour drive. They only gave us 45 minutes and told us they would leave us there if we were late to get back on the bus. We did not have a chance to swim there, because the time was so tight for walking inside and waiting to take a photo there. Then, we arrived at a restaurant after about a 50-minute ride. The tour guy let us wait outside and had someone perform a Mayan ceremony. Actually, they just showed us the so-called magical and medical obsidian. After about 30 minutes of the ceremony under the strong sunlight, they let us get into a gift shop selling obsidians and souvenirs. We had to walk inside the shop and wait for the tour guy for another 30 minutes. Before lunch, they let us get into another shop selling chocolate and other stuff for about 20 minutes. The lunchtime was pretty short and we wanted to save time for the visit to Chichen Itza and Cenote. Finally, we arrived at Chichen Itza after another 45-minute ride. The tour guy told us we had 1.5 hours there only. We had to rush inside and walk through it and back to the bus. After that, we arrived at Ik Kil Cenote. My kids wanted to swim there, that was the goal for the tour. But they only gave us 45 minutes there. We had to wait for the entry, locker, and life jackets. There was 30 minutes left when we walked into the cenote. We only swam for at most 10 minutes and rushed to change clothes. Because there were so many people there, we even did not clean up, we were still 7 minutes late for the bus. The tour guy left us at Ik Kil, we had to pay 600 pesos to take a taxi to chase the bus at the last stop of the tour. There were about 13.5 hours of the tour that day with only 3 hours for the visit, 6 hours for transportation, and about 4.5 hours wasted on shopping and waiting. That is a terrible experience for us. They know how long it takes to enjoy the tours that we don't know, but they spend most of the time shopping.
