It was great that we could stop off and spend some time along the way on our trip from Porto to Sintra. We really enjoyed seeing Nazare. We could not have done this in one day if we had used public transport and it added to our experience that our guide could share his personal experience of Nazare with us. It was also very convenient that our guide/driver could drop us right at our accommodation in Sintra, rather than us having to travel from Lisbon by train ourselves.

I highly recommend this tour and guide. We had thought about flying or taking the train from Lisbon to Porto. So glad we found this tour instead!! We loved seeing and learning about Óbidos, Nazaré, and Coimbra. We had a delicious meal on the way, too. Our guide was personable and open to what we wanted to see and do.

We had a great trip with Filipe. We stopped at three towns. Filipe taught us about Portugal and about each of the cities and guided us around. He chose an excellent fish restaurant for lunch along our route. He didn’t rush us and let us spend as much time as we wanted at each stop. His driving was excellent and safe. Would definitely recommend using him.

Filipe makes the trip by car very entertaining and a great experience . He know all the little hidden places where to go, what to see. We love the freedom to decide when to leave or to stay a little bit longer. Over all he has a great vibe and you will enjoy the drive.

The day was packed full of information and amazing sights. Filipe was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about Portugal history and present times. We stopped at Coimbra, Nazare and Obidos. Each stop gave a totally unique experience.
The suckling pig lunch was amazing. It was a long day and even though it’s not cheap it was well worth the time and cost for what was an unforgettable experience.

Filipe arrived early and picked us up at the hotel. The travel from Lisboa to Porto went very smoothly and was a wonderful way to see the countryside along the way. We saw three villages and our driver never seemed hurried. He took his time explaining the sites and history along the way. We had a nice lunch in Coimbra and a walk around the University. I would definitely recommend this option if you're traveling to one of these cities!
