This was an in-depth and enlightening private tour. Pablo was our guide, and he was incredibly passionate and knowledgable. He made the tour entertaining and educational. We learned a lot about different artists, styles, and techniques. This was one of the more memorable experiences we had in Madrid. I highly recommend this tour!

This is one of the most eye-opening and inspiring tour of the Prado museum! Our tour guide Pablo, showed his true passion for art history and connection beyond what a tour guide typically shows. I highly respect him, as an art historian and not just a guide. We had zero art knowledge, but after this, we had a real appreciation for art and the artists.

My experience felt life changing, in the way I see art and other aspects of life. Pablo introduces a beautiful way to look at art and the world around you. He provides the tour with a mental health aspect that helps you understand the symbolism and the importance of each art piece. I felt that I connected with art in a way that I have not been able to do before. I cannot recommend this tour enough. PLEASE DO IT!

Pablo was absolutely wonderful.
He was knowledgeable about the key paintings in the Prado.
He made sure that all 6 of us enjoyed the tour.
He is very passionate and this came through his stories, voice, gestures.
Most of all, he took the effort to explain the finer points of the paintings.
We would rate him as the best experience we had.

My daughter and I visited museum of Prado in May 2023, where Pablo was our museum guide.
It was an unforgetable experience thanks to Pablo, who led a small group into a cosmic world of paintings, history and stories that made these paintings alive. It was something different indeed comparing to other guides. It was much more than a profound knowledge of history, culture, events and some picanteria.
Pablo has his gift for transfprmation of past and present, and open the hidden. Till now I remember not only the incredible stories told by Pablo, but most important Pablo's passion to art and history, and the way he took us through the history and art, and ability to demonstrate connection between art and history.
Prado is a huge museum, Pablo made a cherry pick of some paintings hidden in small deep corners in themuseum, that you'll never think these brill are there. Pablo's touch to art and passion can leave no one indifferent.
If I have an opportunity in future to come back to Madrid, it goes without saying a word I'll ask Pablo to make this art journey again.

I have been interested and intrigued by Art in general and painting in specific for a few years now. All my explorations and tours I have taken so far were focused on how different styles of Art developed in different times and some of the important schools and movements in Art or trying to understand an Artist's emotional state through her or his paintings and his or her contribution to the world of Art.
This tour by Art Journalist Pablo, took my exploration of Art to a new level. Pablo showed me how go beyond what I had been looking at so far and to observe the emotional response you have to paintings and in trying to understand why you have that emotional experience you can increase your self awareness. His urging you to be a Detective in understanding some of the hidden meaning ( be it due to the artist trying to get around censorhip by the authorities or the commissioner or the prevailing social norms at that time) opened out art to a whole new level for me, in the process making me aware of how much more there is to explore in Art for me.
I had been shying away from Landscape painting so far thinking I'm not really interested in that genre of painting but Pablo showed that looking at landscape Paintings meditatively and trying to understand why one landscape connects with you more than another can help you deal with things going on deep in your psyche such as anxieties or find solace in certain Landscape paintins. This puts Landscape Paintings in a whole new light for me..

Pablo is an extremely gifted tour guide; it’s been over three weeks since our Prado tour and I can still remember the interesting details of all the paintings he felt were the most important to experience in our limited time. I became completely immersed in the works as he could easily discuss painting techniques; the societal/political/ cultural influences that drove the artists; but most importantly you identify why you felt a certain way with the piece not how you’ve been told to feel based on textbooks and written works. I’ve been on plenty of guided art tours, but none have ever been able to get me to form a temporary bond to the artist. Instead of just seeing the work you also see the painter’s psyche. Pablo also differs from others guides by keeping the groups smaller which allowed us to ask questions and have deeper discussions. He’s exceptional at sensing what the group finds interesting when viewing the piece or when we’re ready to move on. You will start to notice the benefits of a small group, when large tours of 20+ people are marched from painting to painting, mildly interested in their guides loudly talking into their headsets. Pablo was so good that random people would huddle up to our group and listen to him, smiling and nodding in agreement with him.
At the end of our tour, I went to the gift shop and bought corresponding postcards to jot down things he shared and other interesting personal thoughts I had with the art. Thanks to Pablo, my most memorable day in Madrid was at the Prado.
