I had a great experience on the trip. My only recommendation is that the Bernina Express felt a little crammed in the train, but besides that the entire experience was great!

Beautiful experience. The train was absolutely breathtaking and Franco did an amazing job at being our tour guide. He was lighthearted and had a good sense of humor. Overall it was a lovely adventure, I wish we would have had more time in St.Moritz- maybe some recommendations on where to go in such a short time- but it was difficult to really explore with an hour and a half timespan. Train ride was absolutely worth it though! Felt like the Polar Express :)

No words can describe Bernina express ride and the city ST Moritz is just awesome this is must if you visit Milan or switzerland. While coming back the drive along Maloja pass is amazing. All in all fantastic trip.

This was an amazing day trip from Milan. A total of 13 hours but we enjoyed it so much. It is well structured and organised to get as much as possible from the day. The train ride is exceptional and the tour makes navigating the transit to the train easy. Our guide really brought what we were seeing to life and enhanced the experience.
The scenery is magical and this was a very beautiful day in a stunning part of the world.

This trip was amazingly great, starting from a nice and experienced guide Lina and expert driver. The stop was good. The red train from the palms in Tirano, which cute town, thru the snow and the frozen lakes was a great life time adventure.

Weather was great & the view was amazing. The view from the lake was spectacular. Wish that we could spend more time in Lugano & St Moritz (not rushing to get home)

The communication is absolutely horrible. 0/5 because of that. It was so difficult finding this meetup point, as the dropped pin is inaccurate!! Took me 15 minutes to find the damn bus. BARELY made it. Beautiful views overall tho.

The scenery was spectacular. Keep camera ready. The guide was difficult to understand and did not always give clear directions. This tour however is a must.

I wasn’t very engaged with the tour guide story telling. The way he explained history in alternate English and Espanol does make me feel headache. His English does come with very strong accent. At times I do feel a bit confusing.
But good thing is the trip is packed with scenic view. Up in St Moritz, nothing much to do but just enjoy a rather expensive lunch and walk about. I do enjoy the Benina train! Overall still recommend for a day trip.
