The whole tour was an amazing experience and Abdo was a great local who had vast knowledge of the area. The meals were delicious and much needed for the steep ascent to the peak. It was heavier than I thought but definitely doable when im general good fitness. I'd surely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Marrakesh.

We absolutely loved the trek and wholeheartedly recommend the experience. Our guide Hassan was wonderful. He made a huge amount of effort to ensure that our trek was safe, comfortable and most of all memorable. We summited in slightly tricky conditions and his expertise was crucial in ensuring that we achieved our objective. He did all of this with a smile on his face and is clearly somebody who is passionate about what he does. Prior to the trek he was extremely responsive to all of my questions. I can’t imagine you could have a better experience with any other tour guide!

Our guide Mohamed looked after us well and guided us to the top in the dark, he knew the path very well. He sang along the way and gave us hot tea at the top! The refuge was very clean and everyone was friendly, lots of food was provided we especially liked the lunches.

Wonderful experience with a knowledgable, patient and experienced guide (Hassan) and a friendly chauffeur from Marrakech to Imlil too (Abdellatif)! Would highly recommend this guided trek. The views are stunning and worth the climb! We were a group of three of varied physical capabilities but Hassan was patient and encouraging and made the experience fun. We were able to rent jackets and trekking sticks because we underestimated the cold and difficulty and these were readily available in Imlil. We were lodged at the Refuge de Toubkal and it was a very basic place to rest our heads but did the job. Would 100% recommend this trek.

Toubkal trek
We had great time with Abde today.
He is a great guide with amazing knowledge about local culture and interesting landmarks. He showed us the best spots with amazing views and advised us how to make the best photos. Also he took great photos of us and we had opportunity to dance in the mountains
We were impressed with how Abde is organized and punctual. Defnetely a very good guide with great English skills. Abde is also a great, confident driver and entertained us with personalised soundtrack in the meantime. During our drive to imlil Valley he learned us basic phrases in berber and shared a lot of interesting info about Berber culture.
It was definetely a very interesting and informative day trip to toubkal and surrounding spots.

This was really great trip and would fully recommend for anyone with a decent level of fitness and a passion for outdoors/mountaineering. Hassan was a great guide and provided us with everything we needed. There's no need to bring clothing/equipment as it can all be rented in imlil. Similarly, we were given plenty of food with 2 Lunches and dinner provided. Accommodation in the refuge was surprisingly comfortable as well.

It was a wonderful experience. Abderrahim is an excellent guide who takes great care of his guests. Everything is safe and well organized - from the pickup in Marrakesh to the meals and accommodation in the Refuge. I can fully recommend him and would do the tour again anytime. In winter it was very exhausting and cold, but also beautiful and rewarding.

We trekked with a nice guide, Ibrahim..."the grandpa of toubkal" ?I bet he know every inch square of national park...and reached summit more than a "barbie" went to the shopping mall.? So yeah...book and conquer this summit...the experience is worth it.

Had an amazing time hiking through the mountains of Toubkal. Our guide Abde scheduled a taxi pickup from Marrakech to Imlil as well as the return from Imlil to Marrakech. If you happen to miss or forget to bring any equipment, do not worry. There is a small shop at the village where you can pretty much rent any equipment you may need for the hike. Abde was always responsive and was able to answer all my questions and concerns.
One major tip I would highly recommend for travelers is to spend a night in Imlil to acclimatize before starting the hike on the following morning. Coming from Marrakech or any other city and going all the way to the Toubkal Refuge in a single day might be a huge elevation gain for some.
Also a huge shoutout to our cook Ibrahim and the delicious meals prepared.
Highly recommend doing this hike. There are some amazing views throughout the whole trip.
