Our primary guide was Andrea and she was really, really good. Her English was excellent and we enjoyed her history lessons. In Toledo she took us to 3 of the 7 monuments included with our bracelets. However, cathedral visit was not included, so we went on our own. Would suggest that day be changed to include cathedral tour. At the wine tasting we got to sample some nice wines with a snack provided. However, our experience was diminished by host's poor English skills. Most of the group was Spanish speaking and she spoke Spanish 90% of the time. She sometimes had difficulty finding the right words in English. If you are going to advertise this as an English tour, make sure your people have good English skills. But overall good day in Toledo.

We really enjoyed our day. Toledo is a beautiful city that shouldn’t be missed. Our tour guide Benito was outstanding. He was interesting, informative
and very patient. We had a mix of English speaking and Spanish speaking guests. He explained everything clearly in both languages. He gave us so much information. That’s a lot of talking throughout the day! Thanks for a memorable day.

The guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant and spoke English well. The bus was comfortable and had good A/C. Toledo is beautiful and has good shops and restaurants. The wine tour is a must make sure to book it.

Nice and comfortable trip out of Madrid in the bus. Friendly guide, who spoke just enough. I liked the stop we took befare we entered Toledo, so we could admire the view and take pictures.
The winetasting and tapas was good. Me and my friend skipped the guiding, so I cant say what the guiding in Toledo town was.

This was probably our favorite tour of our trip! Toledo was gorgeous and the cathedral was the most beautiful we have ever seen. The wine tasting was really fun too! Started out a little late because of the amount of people who booked and the available seats on the bus, but they sorted it all out.

Loved our amazing guide, (Andrea I believe), loved Toledo, the walking tour, time on our own, the bus ride was really comfortable and we thought this was a great price for all that was included.
What could be a bit better: there was no IBE Tours sign to look for when finding the bus at the meeting place in the AM. There was another tour bus leaving at the same time so there was some confusion. We also did the wine tasting which was nice with good tapas too, but I'd probably recommend to opt for the cathedral instead and get wine on your own.

The title is misleading. Know you’re signing up for a city tour! Without the admission to the monuments you’ll get a short tour and then lots of free time to roam. We went on a Sunday and a lot of the attractions were closed. So the only thing to look forward to was the wine which was an ok experience. Not worth the money

Our guide John was very informative and communicated very effectively. The locations visited in Toledo were very interesting and worth visiting. Would definitely recommend tour to others.

Toledo is a great day trip. We loved the town. The tour was a bit unorganized starting at check in. It took a while to get everyone checked in. The guides were using their small phones to find names. The bus ride was smooth. We payed for the 7 monument option and wine tasting. This does not include admission to the cathedral, which we enjoyed. Cathedral admission was about another 10-15 euros pp. The wine tasting was great but not a full tasting experience due to language barrier. It was nice to take a break from all the walking (bathroom was available too!). The two things I would change: better organization at check in and provide audio sets. It was very difficult to hear our guide, Ismael. He was professional, energetic, and knowledgeable. It was just difficult to hear him.
