My wife and I enjoyed our full day trip to Toledo. Our group was only 12 people including our excellent guide. Since only 4 people in our group spoke English our guide spoke more Spanish than English. We saw all the important sites in Toledo and were given 1.5 hours for lunch.

The guide was very friendly and attentive to everyone on the tour, especially to the children during our trip to Toledo. The guide made it a point for everyone to learn about the historic value of the city. I was impressed with her over all knowledge of Spanish history.

The trip is very well paced, and you get a decent amount of time to wander and shop and do your own thing. Our guide, whose name I cannot pronounce or spell she was very enthusiastic and constantly referred to us as family. Was a wonderful day trip I recommend 100%.
But for the record, you definitely need two or three days in Toledo.

Arantxa was our tour guide for our Toledo trip and she was great! She was attentive, knowledgeable, and most of all, treated us like a family member. Fun and tickets also had head phones that made it so much more easy to hear the tour guide. Meeting place in Madrid was easy to find. Would recommend for a leisure one day trip

The trip was good overall, but it could be better.
Good: once the tour started, the trip was organized. The tour guide was very nice and patient. Also it was not very rushed. Good pace, but a lot of walking.

Bad:
- to start the trip at the meeting point, it was the most chaotic experience I ever had! There are multiple tours meeting at the same location by the same company (Tickets and Fun). There must be close to 400 people at the same time, where people are trying to figure out where to go. There are no signs, no directions, tourists all frantically trying to find someone in an orange jacket person to speak with. (Of course there is no instruction to do that, you have to figure that out yourself) tourists were all just cutting in line and trying figure out what to do. Caused a lot of anxiety and chaos! So here are some suggestions: create 4 temporary signs. One for each tour. Ones in English, write it in English, and say: Line up behind this sign for Toledo English Tour. And have the tour guide checking people in at that sign. Make sure the sign is some place where people can see easily. Use orange color!
- the tour guide was not very good at explaining at each site. She made a lot of assumptions of prior knowledge people have for Spanish Art and history. I had none. And it was very jumpy from one thing to another. So it was difficult to follow some of the explanations.

Detailed information was explained for each viewpoints. The tour guide was nice and friendly. The couch bus was comfortable as well. The only one thing that deducted the point was the meeting point in Madrid because it was a chaos there (couple of day tour tourists meeting at the same place). The staffs at the meeting point was not very organized. It would be great if the staff could hold up flag or information board for tourists to spot out would be great.
