Benito (Benny) did a good job of handling two languages and explaining the city to us all. We enjoyed the time after the tour to explore Toledo on our own.

Pick up point was easy to find in front of the bull ring in Madrid. The guide Lydia did not enforce mask wearing sadly on the coach. 45 mins free time on arrival before orientation tour seemed excessive to me. The guide advised that it would not be possible to get to the other side of the river to the normal viewing points due to a Sunday procession. Luckily I went anyway and there was a big festival going on with food/drink stalls and the BEST views back to the old city! Plenty of free time to explore. On arrival back in Madrid, again Lydia advised that Reina Sofia museum would be open and free for the last 2 hours. However, it closes at 1430 on a Sunday so was a wasted journey!

Bus was clean and left on schedule. Made a stop for a couple of panoramic pictures before taking an included walking tour. Guide gave us some tips on things to see during our free period. Had plenty of time to see Cathedral, El Greco painting and other sights.
Pick up points in Madrid and Toledo were easy to find. Good combination of guided tour and flexibility to wonder on your own.. Excellent guide. I would recommend. Toledo is beautiful.

Great experience. David and Irene were excellent guides. We had a very pleasant walking tour, then did the cathedral on our own. Only downside was having to wait for Monica to leave, who came back late saying she was at a private party (lame excuse to explain her tardiness). Then the bus driver took off quickly, and Monica fell into the bus stairway. She seemed to be drunk, therefore, was apparently uninjured. What an everlasting memory of Toledo. I would encourage bus driver to not leave until every person is seated.It could have been a disaster. I understand he was impatient, as we all were. We were glad that Monica was not injured, other than perhaps a hangover.

I booked the tour through Booking. The meeting point was easy to find and the bus left on schedule to Toledo. Our guide Irene provided information about the schedule for the day and about Toledo on our way to Toledo. All information was provided in English and in Spanish. Her English was very clear and easy to understand. Before arriving to Toledo we stopped to take pictures of the view of the city. In Toledo we had 30 minutes for breakfast and then we were divided into Spanish group and English group. Our guide for the English group, Daniel, explained everything very clearly and provided interesting stories and facts. The city tour took about one hour and then we had free time until the departure time, about 5 hours. It would have been nice to have information from the guides about the bracelet that gives you access to 7 monuments, and that you can buy the bracelet from any of the monuments. I liked that the day was relaxing and not too much of a rush. I think the tour was a good and easy way to explore and learn about Toledo.

I booked the tour through Booking. The bus left on time from a very easy spot to reach. The day was sunny and warm and we had a pleasant walking visit through Toledo. Our guide was Lidia who was very kind and funny and explained everything so clearly. During the time off I visited the Toledo cathedral where I spent almost 2 hours! The guides offered us a map so it was easy to walk around the town. It was a great experience which I recommend and I’ll try more guided visits in the future.

Don't think about it.... Just Book it, put on your walking Shoes and get ready to see one of the Coolest Places on earth.... This was a great introduction to this wonderful city. Rocio our Guide was simply incredible. She is smart, funny and really cares about each of her guests. She made sure our 7 yr. old (the only kid in the group) enjoyed the tour as well as the adults. The architecture is wonderful and the history due to the three cultures make it truly unique. Enjoy!!!
